My family and I have gone 3 times. Food is good, but the service is horrible!!! It took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged in this very small place where you can see the whole restaurant from anywhere you sit. It took over an hour to get our food after watching 4 other tables who got there well after us get their food first. 3 different waitresses who could care less. Didn’t get refills until we finally had to ask loudly across the restaurant to get their attention which I hate doing! One guy got a pizza he did not order and they argued with him that he did when he actually ordered a cheese burger! The poor guy ate it anyway because he was tired of arguing! Then dropped another tables food off that was completely wrong also. We were told the tickets got out of order which is why we did not receive our food after we finally asked. No discount offered for the nightmare. Won’t be returning.

We went last night (5/10/25) for our first time after a recommendation from a friend. The good — salad was fresh and tasty. The dill ranch was delicious. My husband got a cauliflower pizza which is hard to find, and I had the aloha. Both were good, but not worth the 2 hour wait. The bad — I believe it was a staffing issue but we got there around 5:15pm and the restaurant was full with two dirty tables. We went to one dirty table and began the ‘pick up’ process. We wiped it ourselves. Waitress got our drinks but our order wouldn’t be taken for another 30 minutes. We didn’t mind as it was a date night and we were enjoying company and people watching. After being there for an hour, I noticed there were at least 4 kitchen workers and only one front of house worker. The kitchen workers never came out to help front of house worker. A lady named Becky showed up about an hour and 15 minutes in to our visit and started busting butt trying to catch things up, but it was already rough. I believe the initial server was new as she was doing ‘food lottery’ asking every table ‘is this yours?’ ‘Did you order this?’ And admitted she didn’t know her table numbers well yet. Another lady, a red head, showed up shortly after Becky, and started busting tables, making tea, and washing up dishes. Food was good, but not worth the long wait. I understand staffing shortages and have many years restaurant experience myself. Becky and the red headed lady absolutely came in and helped but by the time they got help, the train was already going off the rails. By the time we got our food, ate part of it, boxed most of it, we didn’t check out and leave until just shy of 8pm. We will be back but probably not another Saturday night dinner.

Gotta leave these folks a fantastic review, Me and my two boys were traveling through the area. We pulled up as they were closing and a gal named Becky was standing at the door, so i asked her what time they closed she said “we’re closing now” so I told her we wouldn’t be those people to walk in as they close. she said “no problem at all, get in here and let’s get you boys fed”. They literally brought us in the restaurant after closing to get us fed, the food was amazing, it was on the table within 15 minutes. and they never rushed us out the door. and our waitress (Lauren) was great as well. Just wanted to give this establishment a pat on the back for being great people and super friendly. 5 stars for pizza 101!

We have been coming here for years for our date nights and love this place. But tonight was just sad. 1 server and she had been there from open to close by herself. That wasn’t even the problem we were there for 2 hours and never got our pizza. When I finally said something I stood up and the whole kitchen staff was just standing there. We were told our pizza was in the oven. We decided enough was enough and we were leaving. We had places we needed to be still. When we paid for our appetizer and drinks the pizza was still on the counter not even in the oven. I dont know if you can’t keep help or are just burnt out running the place but I was beyond disappointed and left hungry still. Worst experience ever and this sucks because it was one of the only good places to go around here. Let’s be clear though our server was amazing.

This entire experience was awful. I arrived at 8:20 and there were very few customers. The girl who would be my server told me to sit wherever. I waited for 5 Ish minutes before another server, asked me if anybody had came to my table? I told her no, so she got my server. I gave her my drink and appetizer order. It took her 15 minutes to come back to get my food order. 25 min in my stuffed mushroom (singular) arrived. It was decent. An hour after I arrived my food came and the pasta was disgusting. The noodles were mushy, the broccoli was hard as a rock, it was flavorless, and my toast was burnt to a crisp. I willingly paid for the appetizer and my drink, left hungry and it still cost me 14$.

We have have tried this place 4 times. The first time it was new so we gave it the benefit of the doubt for being overwhelmed and slow. The second time was a year later and the service was terrible, didnt even get our order taken in 45 min but they were very busy and we walked out. The third time we went there service still terrible but we did manage to get food within 1.5 hours. This last time will be the final time we try this place. We not only didn’t get the food we asked for, we spent $20 dollars on 2 of these salads. They are supposed to be full orders. I

The pizza (which arrived over an hour after we ordered) was good, but the service was terrible. One member of our party got their food first and was done eating 20 minutes before the rest of us got ours, despite everyone ordering together.

Pizza was good it could have had a little more sauce, but the amount of other toppings was great. We really enjoyed the sauce that came with our order of toasted ravioli. They also have the “good” ice(crushed) that my family loves! Definitely would go back.

Don’t sleep on this gem of a restaurant! We had the Carnavore pizza, carbonara, and Carnavore spaghetti .
I really loved the spaghetti!!! Sauce was thick, lots of meat, and a bit of a bite. Not spicy but had a little something there that made it unique. This pasta is my new #1 favorite…..even over anything I’ve had on the Hill.
