First off we arrived approximately 6:30pm and a party of 2. My spouse ordered the eggplant crepes with the French onion soup and I had the shepherds pie with a Caesar salad. My wife wanted a wine and I wanted a Samuel Adam’s beer. When the waitress brought over my wife’s soup I was like gross. It was burnt but my wife didn’t want to send it back and when I tasted the Caesar salad dressing for my salad I even told my wife they needed different dressing. Again it was gross. Then the waitress brought out our entrees and the sight of the pasta was appalling. It looked as though they saved it from days prior and the sauce didn’t cover the pasta. It looked as if they scraped the bottom of a pot to get it out. The crepes didn’t look bad but the sauce was horrible. My wife knowing I went to school for culinary hard me taste it and the sauce was not what sauce is supposed to be. I thought the shepherds pie no one could mess that up but I was wrong, it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It was so bland the ground beef didn’t even have any flavor. I asked for a side of gravy thinking that would help but again BLAND. All I thought was thank God I didn’t spend the $40 for the steak because I would have been PO’ed. Sad to have such a beautiful place and horrible food. We will never return but I did tip the waitress because she is not to blame for the lack of culinary skills. I should have stayed home and bought a tv dinner believe me it would have been better than what we received.

Went on a date night with wife. We were greeted with welcoming smiles and seated right away (Sat night 630). Our waitress pleasent and professional. We ordered appetizers. Wife had soup (French onion) and I had meatball sliders. The soup was amazing everything a French onion soup should be. The meatball sliders were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked. Then to the dinners. Food took a bit to come out but there is a reason why. I ordered the Chicken Parm and wife had Penne Vodka with shrimp. EVERYTHING was fresh. Chicken was cooked perfect and the sauce was really good. ALOT of pasta to come with it. My wife’s penne vodka/shrimp was fantastic she was really pleased with the vodka sauce. Made in house. Service was amazing food was amazing and for the price it was perfect. Will definitely spread good word about this place and will be going back for another great meal. Thanks for a amazing dinner.

UPDATE!
So when I last wrote my review it was amazing. Everything about that dinner was fantastic. Moseys became our favorite place to eat. We would eat there 2 to 3 times a week. I am VERY SAD to say this is no longer the case. There have been plenty of issues since that first review. We have had water fall from the ceiling next to our table, had asked for well done burger and bit into it only for red blood to shoot out the other side. Unpleasent to say the least. And i cant stress enough that this was our favorite place to eat. The waitstaff has fallen way off. My waitress this evening had her husband and kid eating 2 tables away. She spent most of her time smoking outside hanging at her family’s table and even BELCHED pretty loud. Forgot my wife’s soup not once asked if we needed anything so our drinks sat empty till we caught her attention. The food is very inconsistent wife got a vegetable quesadilla with shrimp. She has had before and when it came there was cheese and shrimp no vegetables to be found. I asked for nothing on burger no pickles no tomatoes or lettuce on burger and pickle was present. Sent food back and got same food just no pickles I could have done that myself. Burger tasted like pickles and not what I ask for. Wife’s quesadilla came back with raw onion and tomato on side and was told that’s how it comes. Nope sorry have had plenty of times and has never been like that. Just a very unpleasant evening. I dont know how many more chances we can give and shame cause we loved that place and loved supporting local business. Not sure when we will be back. So sorry.

So impressed with the renovation!! From the cocktails, to the food menu, to the complete overhaul of the interior – everything is well done! They even make their own espresso for martinis

Table of 14 for a family dinner. Called ahead and we arrived at 7pm when the rush was pretty much over and it was a Wednesday night. Service is HORRIBLE. Hair in my nieces food, my husband and son’s steak was ordered medium rare it came out well done, shrimp scampi was wine and lemon and nothing else…it was drowning in it and the portion was small. My father in laws fra diavolo was anything but…it was like a can of sauce with crushed red pepper. Waitress was miserable and we had 3 different ones and one cook I think while we were there help bring out food. Prices are way out of control. We each had our own check and my family of 4 was over 180 and not worth it at all. The manager does literally nothing. She was well aware that we were unhappy and all the issues we had. We waited an hour for food and 30 minutes for refills on drinks once and the rest of the night I had to go up and get our drinks for us. Horrible! I was super excited to go there, but sadly very disappointed.

Don’t know if they just changed cooks or what, but the burger, wings, and wings dip were up there with the best in the area. Can’t wait to try some other things on the menu.

Edit: Don’t know what happened. This place went from the best food in the area to near the bottom. I heard they changed cooks, but I think it’s much more than that. Very disappointing.

Huge bar and dining area inside this renovated establishment. Hit or miss on food, had the best chicken soup EVER there one day and a week later it was the sparsest soup … burgers are good, had the chicken parm and the chicken franchise.. two different visits. Parm was fantastic but the franchaise was inedible as the chicken was a piece of rubber. Will see what a third visit brings

Pricing was insane. My daughter in law got a Long Island ice tea (well liquor, not premium) and the charge was $18 for one drink! The table ordered. It took an hour to get our food from the time we ordered it and no they were not busy. Then the French onion soup (soup came with my meal) that I was upcharged for I never received. After letting the waitress know I hadn’t received my soup she brought me my soup to go. Okay now this was the last straw and the only reason I wrote a review… I went to heat up the soup today…it wasn’t even the French onion I was charged extra for ($7!!) it was clam chowder. No one in my home eats that. Gross. So in conclusion, the prices were stupid high , the service extremely slow, and they still couldn’t get the order correct. The good things about the place was the staff was extremely nice and the new owner really updated and cleaned the place. Dropped $400 here and wished we had gone somewhere else for half the price for Valentine’s Day .

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mosey’s Roadhouse, and overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. The atmosphere offers a casual and welcoming vibe, making it a suitable spot for families and friends to gather.

The menu features a variety of classic American dishes, and I found the selections to be quite diverse. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in preparing hearty, satisfying meals.
The service was attentive without being intrusive, which contributed positively to the dining experience. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations.

Mosey’s Roadhouse is definitely a place to consider if you’re looking for a laid-back dining experience with a solid menu. I look forward to returning to explore more of what they have to offer!

We had a large family gathering of 45 people and both the food and service were excellent! My wife is in a wheelchair and the family bathroom had plenty of room to get around. It’s not very often that restaurants have a single family bathroom that are handicap accessible. We will definitely be have dinner there again sometime soon!
