Lets go down the Basic’s First.
Cost: Yeah it’s more than black bear down the street but the place is in a different league when it comes to the customer service and feel. I’d say worth the extra like 5 bucks.

The food: Amazing menu short and sweet lets me make decisions easier and faster… Also it seems with less things on the menu our food came out way faster and hotter then other places nearby.

The Staff: Well to start there is a Jailbird on staff (If you know you know it’s good not bad!) The staff where all friendly with each other and seemed to make sure that everything and one was covered. Our waitress was amazing and made sure we got everything we wanted when we ordered it.

All in all: A great spot to eat the food was fresh and tasted good. The table always had water (Huge Plus for me not having to always wait for a new glass) and the staff was top notch… I will return again.

I had the distinct privilege of being present at an opportune moment, allowing me to experience the inaugural evening of this contemporary new restaurant. Located in Pleasanton, within the Northern California Bay Area, this sophisticated and modern Craft Kitchen is conveniently situated adjacent to the Four Seasons Sheraton Hotel. The professionalism and positive demeanor of the staff were exceptional, particularly given the demands of an opening night. The bartenders crafted an impressive array of beverages, with their innovative interpretations of classic cocktails, such as the old fashion, proving particularly enjoyable. Commendations are due to the culinary team for the truly outstanding quality of the food. The pricing structure aligns with expectations for an establishment of this caliber, offering a reasonable value that is slightly above that of a typical local restaurant. Ample parking is available, and the entrance is clearly identifiable. Whether you are seeking a venue to enjoy a sporting event or desire a fresh, modern, and stylish dining experience, it is unlikely that you will be disappointed. For guests of the hotel, direct access is provided from within the main building..

Opening night and the food was delicious, drinks were plentiful and every one seemed to have a great time. The cod sandwich was crispy but tender on the inside. Plenty of coleslaw between the buns. The pork sliders had a kick per my wife. Solid potato salad that we ordered on the side. The banana walnut bread pudding was amazing.

It’s bright on the inside and quite an update from the former Faz. Many TVs broadcasting games. Sports memorabilia artistically covers the walls, with a couple of terrific nods to John Madden.

The servers were trying hard all night. They are polite and trying to be quick.

Great spot for friends and date nights. Really looking forward to the Top Golf experience opening on the second floor in a few weeks. We’ll be back and we’ll recommend.

Friendly service even though pivot was packed for NFL playoffs. The chocolate cake slice was big and the burger is nice and juicy.

My husband and I recently visited Pivot Craft Kitchen & Sports Bar after hearing a recommendation from a friend. We stopped by for appetizers and cocktails and were thoroughly impressed with our experience.

The newly remodeled space is wonderful, and the creative décor, flat screens TV on the walls providing a great atmosphere, conveniently located as well. We also appreciated how immaculately clean Pivot Craft Kitchen & Sports Bar is! Their team provided extremely friendly customer service, both the food and drinks were delicious plus the prices are great too!

This is our new spot, I highly recommend Pivot Craft Kitchen & Sports Bar! We can’t wait to go back
