We had a great experience at Pitt Street Station. I ordered the mushroom burger and it was very juicy and full of flavor. The mushrooms were not overcooked, seasoned perfectly, and paired well with the ciabatta bun, which had a nice texture and held everything together.
The “Small Menu” is actually their appetizers, and it’s worth checking out. I highly recommend starting with the burnt end tacos. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can tell the kitchen genuinely cares about the food they’re serving, not just getting plates out.
The fries were fresh and crispy, and the smoky ketchup they come with was a great touch.
Our server, Jayme, was excellent. She was kind, attentive, and helpful, and really added to the overall experience.
Parking can be a bit difficult, but it’s well worth the trip and the money spent. We’ll definitely be back.

Cara was an absolute standout behind the bar! I ordered a dirty Bluecoat gin martini, vigorously shaken with the shaker ice served on the side — and she delivered perfection. It did not disappoint. Smooth, ice-cold, and poured beautifully. Exactly how a martini should be.

My friend Tabitha and I decided to dive into all the gluten-free starters, and wow — every single one was a hit.

The crab haystack was crispy, golden perfection — delicate potato strings wrapped around lump crab and deep-fried into crunchy, savory greatness. The smoked wings with house rub had the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory. You could taste the depth of flavor in every bite.

The Greek salad was incredibly fresh and the perfect starter. We added a grilled shrimp kabob (made gluten-free!) which was savory, juicy, and the ideal protein pairing.

We also ordered the Irish nachos with burnt ends — topped with a rich, creamy sauce and melt-in-your-mouth burnt ends that were absolutely delicious.

To sip, Tabitha had both a lemon drop martini and a blood orange martini — and both were top notch. Beautifully balanced, vibrant, and clearly crafted with care.

From the cocktails to the kitchen, everything was thoughtful, flavorful, and executed flawlessly. We will absolutely be back!

This restaurant is pleasantly situated off High Street area and features a useful dedicated small parking area. Dining on a Saturday night, the establishment appeared moderately busy. The server from our waitstaff was friendly, though the bar service was notably slow; my beverage was delivered only when the main course arrived at the table. The cuisine was generally good, with the smoked wings being a particular highlight. It is a decent find for a small town, options are slim and wewe’ll plan on revisit again soon.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the fries were amazing—crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The homemade chips were excellent too. We were traveling through and stopped in Carlisle for lunch, and we’re so glad we did. Whether you’re just passing through or visiting for one of the Carlisle Events, this is the spot to go!

Amazing little spot. A lot bigger inside than it appears from the street. I had the mushroom burger, a beer and the cantaloupe highball. Everything was fantastic as far as taste and presentation. My server Giovanni was super helpful and constantly made sure things were going smoothly. Even though it’s a little on the pricey side of things in Carlisle, it was well worth the stop. Hope to return soon.

We were seated right away at Pitt Street Station in Carlisle. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the pulled pork sandwich with Station BBQ, Station Slaw, and Hot Honey Mustard Vinaigrette on toasted brioche. The white pizza was also outstanding with a crisp crust and rich flavor. Great atmosphere and worth a return visit.

Smallish place, but no wait at 6pm on a Saturday. Huge whisky selection. Menu is not extensive.
Inside is nice, love the architecture. Very loud however.
Service was adequate. Food arrived quickly, quite tasty. Will go back.

Stopped here on a Monday afternoon. It wasn’t busy and we were able to get a table immediately. The service was good. I have the spicy duck pizza which was also good. I would return here.

One of the best restaurants in Carlisle hands down. I’ve been twice and will definitely keep returning. Service is always great, the burgers are phenomenal and the chicken sandwich is also great! If you get fries, make sure to try all of the homemade sauces

The fries no doubt were the best I have ever had! And the burgers and tacos were an 87 out of 10 absolutely delicious! This restaurant also has local food and drink options Brandon let us know his local family provides the meat and the IPA was from a local brewery. He also recommended a great dessert! The service was also amazingly quick we waited less that 10 minutes for our food to arrive!
