We ordered 1 Momo, 1 Halim, 2 vapa pitha, 2 patishapta and 1 tea. On the menu it says 12 pieces Momo for $11.99 but we got only 6 pieces and got charged $12. Patishapta on the menu says $2.49 each but got charged $2.99 each. Also charged $1 extra for what I don’t know. And I didn’t get the Nun with Halim. So I got charged extra $8 from my hard earned money so they can make easy money which doesn’t sit right
with me. I have provided the proof.
Recipet and picture of the food. Food does not taste good except for the vapa pitha which is also very small in size. Patishapta was very hard and inside the filing is not cream I think it was suzi or something else I don’t know. Look at the picture of Momo it looks dirty and have no shape of Momo also don’t taste good. Read other people’s reviews you will see there are lots of people also complained for overcharged. a business that isn’t honest is highly likely to fail in the long run.

The food was mid and the menu is confusing and outdated. The fried foods especially were really bad and I just wasted my money. The owner also charges way more than what it says on the menu and because of this, I don’t feel comfortable going here again/supporting an unethical business. I also remember the time when there were other employees and the owner was being rude to the employees.

Oh wow, where do I even start? If you love being overcharged, misled, and served mid food with a side of attitude, this place is perfect for you. Prices online? Lies. Menu in-store? Also lies. The owner claims there was a two-week “soft opening promo” — cool story, except there’s no proof of that anywhere. We ordered based on the prices he showed us, and he charged us more without saying a word.
Then comes the drink trick — assumes you want a large, hands it to you without asking, and charges you for it. Nice hustle. Add in a 30+ minute wait for food that was honestly trash, and an owner who only admitted fault when we all had to corner him. Even after redoing the bill, he threw out another wild total and got all smug when we made a tiny math error. Pro tip: if you’re charging tax and card fees, maybe say so before checkout? Just a thought.

I must give them five star because they really serve good with their eastern menus. But the rate may hit you because all the food prices are high. Monika, a Pakistani girl works there. She is really an efficient girl.

Not efficient employee. I bought 4 cups of tea. They don’t have cup holders. They took $2 each fro a small cup of tea. Where most of the Bangladeshi store charge $1-1.50. The tea even cold. West of time and money.

Inside is nicely decorated. Patishapta was okay… the bubble tea however did not meet expectations, idk if I can even call it bubble tea or sugar milk.
They say they are still learning but shouldn’t business owners learn to perfect their recipes before opening to the public?? How will you gain customers if you take pride in products that aren’t made and served well? They have a nice concept to make it a comfortable hangout spot but so many important things need to be improved. I feel like they rushed to get this place open for whatever reason.
