Ordered double mashed deal 7pc original bucket mashed potatoes gravy biscuits 4pcs of the chicken was so small and so over cooked you couldn’t eat them the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks the potatoes and gravy was good I guess they knew since I door dashed I would be bring it back

My husband is absolutely obsessed with this KFC down the road — and honestly, I can see why. Every single time we go, it’s perfect. The chicken is always hot, golden, and so crispy you can hear the crunch from across the table. It’s never soggy, always fresh, and the flavor is unbeatable.
He talks about it all the time, and every bite makes him so happy — it’s like his comfort spot. The service is quick, the food is consistent, and it really feels like they take pride in getting it right every time. Out of all the KFCs we’ve been to, this one truly stands out.
If you want chicken that’s always just right, this is the place. My husband would probably give it 10 stars if he could!

The “manager” that was working this evening when we came in (02/25/2026) was being extremely rude. The other employees, one which was a teenage kid, were really busy and needed help with stuff and this manager…”Candice” was just standing around on her phone. Extremely unprofessional. I’m a regular but this last month has been crap. Oddly enough I believe it’s the same time this “manager” started at this location in the evenings (Ashland rd) I tried calling to make a complaint but that got me nowhere when she answered the phone. This lady needs fired. Bullying other employees like she’s on a power trip..,calm down, you’re the manager at KFC darling, not the CEO. Lazy!

Went there 4 pm Friday put order in then a manager came to the man at register and said we don’t have 16 pics of chicken . I said how long he says 30 minutes . You just stood here 10 explaining it to register guy come on get to work . I said see ya lost a customer for life

Ordered dark meat bbq chicken per the app. Went to pick it up we don’t have bbq or dark meat! Cake is frozen will need time to thaw. Forgot to give us drink. Very disappointed

I’ve never had a problem with this kfc until I got a chicken sandwich. Bit into it and immediately spit out my food because on the opposite end I saw a bug on my bun. I drove back through the drive through to get my money back and the kid working alerted his manger. The manager then try’s to catch an attitude and try’s to flick the bug off and the kid working said “ I saw it!” The manager then offered to make me a new one, but where would the bread come from. Obviously the same package ? I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.
