I’ve only tried the vegetarian power pita (twice, at least), but it was amazing and flavorful. I’m usually not a fan of eggplant, but they went perfectly with the rest of the ingredients. I also like the pita bread they use; it’s chewy and doesn’t fall apart despite the many ingredients inside. My partner got the Philly cheese steak pita and also loved it. They also have some desserts like baklava and cookies at the register.

I came here with my girlfriends on break and we were delighted how everything tasted so fresh and clean!! I definitely recommend this place!! They give a good portion of the food, we all saved the rest for dinner and it tasted just as good! Staff was super friendly and made sure we left satisfied!

Well, I was looking forward to my Pitas experience. I used to visit the location in Carrollwood but I guess it closed. Anyway, the Fowler location was a disappointment. Not very clean. The guy working there had on slide sandals, with his bare feet & toes out. I ordered a *white chicken salad* pita with a side of potato salad. It was nothing like my usual pita that I ate for many years. It was warm, instead of cold. I’m not sure what the orangish sauce was. I confirmed with the guy that it was indeed their white chicken salad. Maybe this location changed the recipe?? It did have a lot of chicken on it though and the guy was nice, plus he wore gloves while dishing out food- but I have to be honest. Also, basically every fountain soda was out. There were handwritten signs everywhere. It was a very dated place. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Back to Chicken Salad Chick.

Amazing food. Really quick prep time. I ordered a lot and it was done pretty quickly . Prices are extremely living wage friendly . Didn’t know they were a halal joint. Clean food is always better food. I’m done cooking and I’ve been looking for my forever restaurant.

I was in the area and for quick food I decided to have Falafel and Hummus Wrap from Pita’s Republic.
The owner was good and he got my order ready in 10 minutes.
I togo the wrap and ate the food at my place.
The wrap was good but i believed that falafel could be crispier. As i have had better falafel than this one.

Five minutes after serving my meal, the server realized he forgot to bring the side of vegetables. The fountain drink machine was broken, didn’t dispense ice, and there were no clear instructions on where to get it.

Amazing experience at Pita Republic everytime I come in, I’ve tried the Pad Sew and Pho which were both delicious and had authentic flavors from someone who has been to both Thailand and Vietnam. I also had a delicious thai curry for only $9, a price that can’t be found anywhere else in Tampa. The owner Thavone is very kind and always makes sure I have a great dining experience whenever I come in. USF students should come in for the student discount. 10/10!!!
