Yum! Service was quick, kind, and tasty! I’m still craving the Greek salad I got with my plate. I got a gyro platter and was full to busting with leftovers. Delicious! Will be back.

My girls love this place and most of the time we meet my mom here for late lunch. But yesterday my mom had other lunch plans but my girls wanted to Pitas! So I took the chance to take them in during busy lunch on my own. We got through a sit down lunch with no meltdowns. And it’s only bc of the amazing ladies working. Every single waitress came and checked on us making sure we had everything we needed and just made everything as easy as possible. I really felt seen as a mom and not as an annoyance. We’ve always had great service but it’s mainly just a few people in at that time. Yesterday, almost every single table was full, but everyone was taken care of! And of course the FOOD was absolutely amazing

I ordered the Monday special: Mezza Plate, served with pitta, hummus, grilled scallions, olives, garlic gloves, and a small salad. — It was lite and refreshing! Good flavors, just a smaller serving than expected. Still good tho!

For dessert I tried two of their baklavas: pistachio and walnut! They came out nicely glazed with honey! Very good!

The waitress I had was a very sweet woman and they also gave me a complimentary military discount which was appreciated.

I’d come back to try other items!

The most amazing Mediterranean food in town. The freshest ingredients with authentic recipes, I can’t speak highly enough about it. The owners are wonderful people and bring their family’s traditional food to the public with flair. Also, a huge point to bring up, they are the top venue space for rent downtown on the weekend WITH PARKING! Super easy to work with, King Entertainment can not recommend a better place for a private event downtown Columbia.

This was our first time at Pita’s and my wife and I both enjoyed our meals. The lunch portion for both platters was plenty of food for the price and everything was delicious. Friendly and fast service. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Mediterranean food restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredibly flavorful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the enticing aroma of fresh herbs and spices. The ambiance was warm and inviting, exuding a charming Mediterranean charm.

The menu offered a wide array of options, each showcasing the vibrant flavors of the region. I opted for a selection of mezze, which included classics like hummus, falafel, and tzatziki. Every bite was a burst of delightful flavors – the hummus was smooth and creamy, the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the tzatziki had a refreshing tang that perfectly complemented the dishes.

For the main course, I had the pleasure of trying their grilled lamb chops. The meat was incredibly tender and seasoned to perfection. Each bite was a celebration of tender meatiness accentuated by the subtle smokiness from the grill.

To top off the evening, I indulged in a very tasty dessert to share. The layers of flaky pastry with a sweetened nut filling were simply divine. It was the perfect ending to a truly satisfying meal.

Overall, the Mediterranean food restaurant impressed me with its flavorful dishes that showcased the essence of this rich cuisine. The attentive service and cozy atmosphere further enhanced the dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a culinary adventure filled with exceptional flavors.

My husband and I met for a lunch date at Pita’s recently. I have a severe tree nut/peanut allergy, so I called ahead to be sure there were allergy friendly options available. The customer service on the phone was excellent! The woman I spoke with told me they use nuts in their baklava & cookies, but as long as I let my server know upon arrival, they can make sure that my food is prepared safely. Our server ended up being the woman I spoke with on the phone. She took our orders quickly, and our plates were actually delivered to our table by the owner, Mark. He wanted to double-check that soy and sesame were okay for me to eat. It was so reassuring to know they took my allergy seriously, even during the Friday lunch rush! The food is amazing!!! I ordered a gyro platter, and my husband ordered a gyro with fries. We will definitely be going back for many more lunch dates. Thank you Pita’s for excellent food and a wonderful experience!
