Amazing first time experience. Very odd customer service. Came in with my friend who ordered first, employee put her fries in and watched a second employee prepare her pita entirely before taking my order, which also includes fries. I felt like he was intentionally delaying taking my order. If you have two employees, you can serve two people at once. Food was decent but I won’t be back.

Had a door dash delivery from them. I am missing toppings I ordered, sauce I paid extra for and my drink too. I am never again risking my lunch on whether or not Pita-way is paying attention again. It’s probably better in person, but for delivery they just don’t seem to care, cuz like what are you going to do, drive all the way over there of these issues?

Absolutely fantastic. First time customer. Ordered for lunch via grub hub. I got The Detroit, a kids bowl and a cheesecake.
I was a little sad because i thought they forgot to put the garlic sauce on my pita but honestly, the tomatoes and meat were so juicy that it was still delish. (It turns out, although the listing says “garlic” it does not mean garlic sauce, so they were right for not adding it. I was wrong for misunderstanding)
The kids bowl is a great item! I got gyro meat, feta, garlic sauce, hummus, tomato, pickles, onion. It comes with rice. I’m pretty sure this is going to be one of my new regular lunch orders. It was so different yet so good and sure as heck is a lot healthier than traditional fast food! The flavors were outstanding. In my opinion, if you were to order it with some pitas on the side, the kids bowl is enough food for a light adult lunch.
The cheesecake was slightly frozen which would have been totally fine except for me being so excited to try it that i couldn’t wait 20 mins for it to thaw! Even a tad frozen it was sooooo good and I absolutely will order this every time I order.
I am so happy I found this place on grub hub! I look forward to ordering often!

I dont usually comment or do reviews just so you know that this was an amazing place to eat at. Service from the team excellent You see the teamwork and efficiency. Food 9/10 distinguished by the softness of the chicken and delicious sauce in the sandwich.

After seeing this place on channel 4 as a middle Eastern restaurant with great food, I thought I would give it a try. I am totally disappointed in the food that I purchased today. I ordered falafel which were burnt and not edible. I also order fries which were soggy, old, and unappealing. The Greek salad was decent and the only item I could eat. Needless to say I will not waste my time coming back.

The Asian Philippine guy is nasty and rude. The sad part about it is i think he’s the manager. This is the second time I’ve been there and he is very rude. Sir before you treat people like that try changing your gloves. And listen food allergies exist
