Shoutout to Eric, Al, and Honey at Pita Way for an amazing experience! This was my first time trying the food,and they made it unforgettable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Never disappointed. Had two very helpful and efficient gentlemen at the counter help with my issue. Ordered the butter chicken through the app and got jipped on the chicken, how do you have a butter chicken bowl with no chicken? Anyways I told them what happened the next day and they gave me a bowl properly made on the house and figured I’d get the fire fries as well. Props to the two gentlemen behind the counter tonight at 02/27/2026 for hearing out my issue and not making it all a big hassle. I don’t have their names but hopefully management see’s their skills.

This Pita Way never disappoints and the staff runs it like a well oiled machine!!
Amaar and TT especially stand out and keep the assembly line running smooth. Amaar has the most positive attitude and is ALWAYS ( husband and I come in often) friendly, upbeat and awesome!! TT is also fantastic and welcomes us every time we enter. She is efficient and pleasant and helpful. All the other employees are friendly as well but I have a feeling without Amaar and TT things wouldn’t be as smooth and pleasant. Don’t lose these two Pita Way because customer service like theirs is few and far between.

The food was delicious and I told each and every one of them they deserve a dinner card of gas card. They need to be put on the recognition board and receive a reward of $50 phenomenal employee bonus because of their exuberance character, integrity and care for the customers. Me

The food here is always fresh with the chicken constantly being cooked and served so there’s turnover happening all day long. The pita chips are crispy with creamy hummus. Easy in and out parking is a bit tight though. Center plaza where parking is shared with four other businesses. The service is always quick and friendly, they run deals if you sign up for their texts, and the lobby where you can sit and eat is always clean. One of my favorite places.

Love coming here! We moved recently and this location is now closer! I worked at the BR location and loved the food! And the people. We will always come back! Woman at the register(I don’t remember her name) is always so sweet! I REALLY miss the triangle pita chips. They are so much tastier than the small ones. And the small one always come broken like crumbs for the bowls. Other than that I love the food here. Rewards are also always definitely a plus! Thanks pita way!

Used to be my favorite fast food spot but after the past few trips I don’t think I will come back. Especially after this last visit today. It took over 7 minutes for staff to acknowledge me, while attending to people who walked in after me. I had an online order and they hadn’t started it until after I had sat there those 7 minutes waiting to be helped in the first place. What is the point of having an online ordering system when this is how it is executed.

This place WAS great! The staff are lovely and the food is good. Whether bowl or Sandweech, you’ll get something tasty. The problem is they recently switched the takeout container from paper bowls to small plastic containers. This would normally be no issue, expect these containers cost the same price as the larger paper bowls. If the paper bowls are an issue, perhaps too much product for the price, then lower the price with the small bowl.
