Oh my GOSH. So yummy! They cook your food right in front of you also, right behind the counter! I got a falafel and it was perfect. The girl behind the counter was super sweet, although soft-spoken. The tables were clean but one was wobbly, and the music was a bit too loud, but I’d 100% go again!

I love this place. We used to eat at the Pita Pit in Great Falls Montana all the time and were excited to find out one was opening in Fairbanks. The pitas were just as delicious as I remembered. I had the Aloha on white and it was great.

My kids wanted this two nights in a row, and both nights there was the same worker , Michelle, absolutely killing it all alone up front. She was handling multiple orders alone and was doing so in such a timely manner. Just in the time I was there to pick up my order , 4 min waiting ) she made about 4 more orders and my order was perfect and tasted amazing ! She definitely is a very hard worker and makes coming there pleasant especially cause she is also so sweet with how busy she was.

It took over 25 min just waiting after my order was placed. The two kids working were moving like snails…you could tell they didn’t care at all. Manager needs to do better for them. I ordered the falafel and it was dry….they forgot the dressing after all that! Definitely not worth $14! Pita pit used to be so good and quick…now it’s neither. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place is never open we wanted to try it but they are never open which is a complete waste of time to drive to since we live a few hours north of Fairbanks it’s really confusing because there website says there open Google maps says it’s open but they are actually closed with zero explanation on why they are closed which gets me to wonder did they go out of business or something hmm

Placed a catering order for pick up in 3 July. That morning we gor a call from the worker with a question about the order. Then 20 minutes later a call from the store manager who said the employee walked out but that she was getting staff in to process the order. We arrived to pick up the order and the store was locked up. Over last few months we have tried to resolve getting a refund. We have called, left messages, come into the store multiple times. We have gotten the run around and have yet to be refunded the 173.00 we were charged on the 3 of July. It is now the 2 of September and I have tried again to call the store. Except now they are closed and the business is forsale.

Went in and waited for several minutes no employee in sight. I hollered out hello several times no response. Another gentleman walked back a bit and finally a disheveled girl walks out picking at her nose and eyebrow rings. I start to order and she seemed totally out of it. I stopped and asked if she was ok. She mumbled yeah and then I smelled the Pot. Obviously she had been behind the store smoking pot while on the clock! She was obviously clearly out of it!!! Didn’t order. Didn’t trust it.

I ordered over door dash around 12:30. Didn’t see my food til 2:15. There was stuff missing. my order was thrown in the bag like they didn’t care. I am so upset from this experience. I wouldn’t recommend unless they get their shot together
