Took forever to get our pizza and it was horrible. It arrived cold and after the microwave, it tasted gross. Manager said there was nothing to do about it but refund is. Won’t ever order from there again. This ain’t the first time, but it is the last. Shameful

I got really sick last night after eating here. This place has really gone down in only 30 days! I was very hopeful that they made a comeback but I was wrong. I didn’t see the general manager there last night that is a bad sign! I’m never going back again. I have a feeling they are ignoring all sanitary guidelines especially washing their hands washing their surfaces touching their phones filled with bacteria while they’re cooking! and keeping their ingredients refrigerated. Covington is under a fast food curse; most of the places or a piece of junk. It’s really bad when you spend all your money on food; it’s extra bad when you get sick after eating it! PS I wish the managers would tell them to stop touching their phones while cooking!

Seems like they have a problem with delivery. It took over an hour to receive our food which was just a pizza and wings. Everything was cooked well, but our food was cold by the time we got it.

The quality of your pizza has gone from very good to the gutter. Very little sauce and very little toppings. This has been the last 4 r 5 times I have ordered. Very seldom order any more.

I had ordered two pizzas from this establishment. They were delivered in a very timely manner and when I was walking inside my house with them, I dropped them in my garage onto a bunch of metal shavings. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she replaced my order with a new one let me add. This was 100% my fault and it was taken care of by the store. Excellent service.

Excellent experience at this Covington hwy 190 location. This location was packed with festive employees who were doing all sorts of tasks. They had the place looking like Santa’s workshop and were especially on top of cleanliness. Things id like to point out are A)They have stuffed crust B) They have garlic parmesan sauce C) They go above and beyond to take care of their customers!

There’s not really an atmosphere. There is space for them to work and get orders out.
The team/staff are young and we’re rude, nonetheless it could’ve been just busy or hectic day for them so we understand. Everyone loves pizza. The time was pretty quick for our pizza to be ready and it was definitely very good.

I bit into this just imagine how I feel right now I know that’s gross and not even sure why it’s like that was it a bad piece or not cooked I’m scared to even check the other pieces….. I will say the service from the young lady at the register was great but the fact that the chicken pieces were like this makes me never want to eat from there again!!!!!
