I drove to our normal 69th street location just to find out it was closed permanently. I had to drive all the way to their only location on 18th and Minnesota, in rush hour traffic. Just did drive through. The employee was so friendly. Really appreciated her.

The young man working the grill stands there and doesn’t assist the other workers. They clearly need his help and he leans against the counter waiting to bring over the meat. There was plenty of time for him to help. I felt bad for the girls working. He may need more motivation.

With our tight schedule we planned to arrive at 10:30 as posted as their open start online, on their door etc. Just after 10:30 they were not open and it looked dark so we walked around to see if we could see any sign of life. We saw a woman in the back and she saw us and went to the door. We assumed she was opening it. Instead she posted a pink sticky note, “open @ 11”. Instead of any “sorry for the inconvenience” or better yet just opening the door to let us know. As previous restaurant owners we understand things can happen but we would never tolerate this way of handling things. On a good note, Five Guys is less than 5 minutes and we had amazing burgers! We highly recommend them.

Loong wait time even though no one else was in the lobby. The meat was bland, dry, and overcooked. The chicken in my gyro was hard on the sides and there was little sauce. All tables were dirty.

Food is always soooo good!!! Great options if your dieting or incredibly picky eater. Is a bit more expensive but not bad for what you get. My husband always get the gyro!
