My daughter wanted Little Caesars pizza & we happen to stop by this one on Chili Ave, went in & had a terrible experience. I placed an order for 1 pizza & was told there was a 15 min wait. No problem we went to Dollar General in the plaza, came back 20 mins later & the pizza still wasn’t ready. I was told they were backed up with orders & they needed 10 more minutes. I walked down to Rainbow, came back & they made the wrong pizza. I was told there would be another wait, asked for my money back. The manager was extremely rude, very unprofessional & aggressive, stating they don’t do refunds but can remake the pizza. At this point, I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for ONE pizza. My only option is to wait longer because they don’t do refunds, the manager got even more rude saying you can always call corporate…SMH
In addition, they kept ignoring the phone, then eventually took it off the hook & set it on the counter.
The absolute worst customer service, the manager is horrible & shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. They don’t even deserve 1 star, but this is the only way to leave a review. Do yourself a favor & skip this location.

Ordered 3 orders of steak puffs. All 3 were terribly made. Out of 12 only 4 had steak on top. The others had some hard brown stuff on the side of them. Ordered them from Lyell last week they were perfect and delicious. Ordering from this location was a waste of money NEVER AGAIN!

I am not happy with my order here today. I ordered a crazy combo with a side of nacho cheese and also a side of marinara. I also ordered a lunch combo. I specifically asked for my pizza to be cheese and extra cheese. I did not imply that I wanted a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The First Lady tried to ring me up for bread sticks with cheese inside of them… thank god their first computer wasn’t working so she didn’t ring me up for something that I didn’t want. When I got my order they slapped on a small container of jalapeño cheese sauce and didn’t even have the consideration to tell me that you do not offer the kind of cheese sauce that I requested. Many locations in the Midwest like where I am from offered that kind of cheese as an option so people who ask for such should be told it’s not available. My order was very self explanatory and you decided to give me things that I did not request. I did not ask for a pepperoni pizza why did you give me pepperoni? And now I am 10 minutes away from your establishment trying to talk to the manager about this and he keeps putting me on hold. I’ve been on hold now for a half hour. Your employees are not incompetent. They are fully capable of understanding and asking questions if they are confused. I’m not happy

The employee who answered the phone and gavee my order when I arrived hung up on me and seemed annoyed that I was ordering. All I ordered was crazy bread. was polite and friendly when I called. It was very off putting and made me not want to return to the location in the future. I guess customer service is a lost art, it’s sad.

The absolute worst! Customer service is horrible. Manager should not be allowed to work with the public. Food is inedible. Do NOT order from this location. You will wait a hour and regret you ever ordered. They don’t deserve even one star. I would like whomever owns this location to be aware of their employees incompetence. I’m sure they would never allow or want such terrible service in their business.

The pizza here has been next to inedible for quite some time now. They have the customer service skills of a rock and will put just anything in the portal and when you complain they get mad and say they will remake it. Well I’ve already waited unbelievably long for sub par pizza and I don’t trust your shady employees to remake my food who knows what they would do to it for complaining. They need to shut this place down!!!!

We ordered our pizza at 6:24 pm. They put in the system it was in the oven the same minute. We waited over half a hour for the pizza. Turns out they had put it in someone else’s order in the pickup area, thankfully that person picked up their order when we were there waiting, and they noticed and gave it to us. So we got our pizza but still missing the crazy puffs. Waited another 10 minutes for those. Staff weren’t polite. Finally left at 7:02, 38 minutes after we placed the order. The app said it would be ready at 6:44. Pizza was good though.
