The food was really delicious however the price was moderately shocking for a Pita, Fries, and Drink in addition to a salad. Our total bill was just under $30 for lunch. So, good for an occasional treat but not every day grub.

Won’t be returning. I ordered a lavash pita with falafel. There was very little falafel, everything inside was too salty & instead of grilling the lavash pita bread it was burnt & inedible. My husbands seasoned fries were bland. His salmon pita barely had any salmon compared to the Covington location. This location no longer serves tahini sauce which is a staple of Mediterranean cuisine. The young lady with fluorescent pink hair doing the cooking should probably wear a hair net for proper hygiene & food safety.

I ordered a falafel pita…the falafel was extremely wet and was falling apart. You could tell it wasn’t fully cooked because the inside was wet and soggy. I told them to put all sauces on the side and yet they saturated the falafel with some type of vinaigrette. It made the falafel so salty that I couldn’t eat it. Then it had some extra pickled things on top that was gross. Money wasted. Never again

I did a take out order. However, the wait wasn’t too long and the staff was helpful being this was my first time ordering from this location and their menu. They do have a nice range of options with food and prices My daughter’s platter caused $18. But they have $10 options too. The food was really good too. She got the fish platter with Greek fries, extra cost, and rice. It comes with Pita bread and no drink.

Came here 5.30.22 This was my second time here… First time it wasn’t nothing to ride home and rave about. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t like extremely good. It got the job done. Well I came back and it was better , only thing I thought was the veggies weren’t too hot…. Steak was a little tough but it’s not little alley steak so I don’t expect too much.. The gyro was good and I do like they offer wheat pitas… It’s worth trying at least once!

Tonight on January 24, 2023 I ordered some food off of the #ubereats app from this restaurant @pitastreetfood I specifically say that I have a #foodallergy with #tomatoes and #onions, so please DO NOT put any #tomatoes or #onions on both of my orders. My order arrives, I check my food. And both of my orders have #tomatoes and #onions on them. So I call up to the restaurant to inform them about the mess up with my order. And the employee who answered the phone name was Marie. When I proceeded to tell her about my order, she placed me on hold and then hung the phone up in my face. I called back three different times and all three times the line was busy. All she had to do was apologize about the order. How she went about this matter was very #unprofessional #customerservice

Very disappointed from start to finish. We walked in and was immediately greeted with that we were unable to order in person because their system was down. No problem stuff like that happens. However, we ordered on the app and two of our meals were chicken nuggets and we were informed after we order that they didn’t have any to serve us. So we attempted to get a refund however that was a long process. They were not willing to get a refund and kept insisting that I just get a different meal instead but my three year old did not want anything else. I was very polite to begin with even with the terrible attitude we were given. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth I told them if I wasn’t getting the food I paid for I wanted a refund and the woman turned away and rolled her eyes and told me that she wasn’t going to deal with my attitude. (How ironic) eventually they finally gave me my refund after that. When we sat down my 80 year old grandmother fell due to their Air Conditioning leaking. She slipped on a puddle of water with no sign or bucket indicating that was even something we should look for. Finally when we got our food there was a hair in our food and multiple ingredients missing because they “ran out” for example our meal just didn’t come with rice and they were not going to give a substitute without else prompting them that’s what we wanted. Well after we found two different hairs from our meal I decided to watch them cook their meals and there was not much sanitary precautions being taken by them. None had hair nets on. One girl had this long red hair not tied up or anything and while she was waiting for some food to be done cooking was playing with her phone in one hand and hair with the other and then just grabbed the food without washing them or even gloves on for that matter.

Food I ordered was wrong twice. I had to come back and it still wasn’t what I ordered the first time. I’m not going back there. Or I would recommend to check your food before tou leave. So disappointing.

This location gave me food poisoning. I frequented this location a couple times. The food was okay, but they openly cross contaminate. They use the same gloves and cutting board for raw meat and fish and then all other foods. The vegetables often tasted like raw meat and fish. Would NOT recommend this location.

Came here three weeks ago to get lunch around 3 and the staff was super friendly and patient as I tried to figure out what my husband would like. His meal was great…outside of the watered down hummus. My salad on the other hand had gyro meat so tough it was like having jerky on it. 10% was completely inedible. The other 90% was way overcooked, dry, and crunchy. Also, I was billed for pita with my salad which I didn’t want and didn’t receive. What a waste of $30!
