Highly recommend the brisket, fried okra and green beans. The owner is so passionate. Lots of options. A little hard to find, but so worth it. When in Sidney NE or driving by stop. You will be glad you did!

Up & coming BBQ place recently opened. Brisket has a solid bite plenty of flavor. Unique cherry undertones in the bbq sauce leaves a sweet taste. Smoked mac & cheese was creamy. Plenty of greens cooked just right! Keep up the good work and good luck!

I got a loaded potato with brisket. I also tried the okra and it was amazing! The owner works Very hard to make every order. There’s not indoor seating, but I ate outside and it worked out great. More people need to know about this place!

My husband and I loved this place! I got the brisket sandwich with greens and potato salad and my husband got the pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries and apple slaw. BBQ sauce was really yummy. We also got the fried pickles with ranch. Pickles were homemade with fresh batter and really crispy and delicious. Serving size was awesome, we had enough left over for second meal for both of us. Excited to try the breakfast options and dessert!

The spices and flavoring of the sliced brisket was great, however s little too dry for my taste. The cook/ server was excellent. Watch out though, prices aren’t posted, fairly pricey for our lunch of sliced brisket and one side $37 for the two of us.

Unfortunately no seating, but absolutely the best BBQ in Nebraska. I had the shredded pork sandwich and my wife got the half rack of ribs. Absolutely delicious. The staff was excellent also.if i could id give 10 stars.

I’m a truck driver and have eaten good BBQ all over the country. Not easy to find good BBQ. The BBQ wings were perfect. Smoked turkey delicious. Brisket and the flavorful sauces were delicious. Going to get quarter chicken next. Stopping everything on my route.

Wife & I split the 2 meat combo (brisket & pulled pork) with Mac/cheese & waffle fries. The meats were tasty & tender with great smoky flavor. The sides were good and portion size was generous. The owner was friendly & service was prompt. Not sure how much local politics played in some of the previous reviews… But it’s worth a visit. We’ll be back for sure!

We ordered for a group of 10+ ppl the pulled pork nachos is just waffle fries with shredded not heated at all and pulled pork with some BBQ sauce the 2 lbs of sliced brisket looks as if it was never trimmed not a single person was satisfied with the meal

I don’t want to give 1 star because the meat and sauce were great. The sides need serious work. The potato’s we’re hard as a rock. The baked beans were more like refried beans. The slaw had nothing on it it was just cabbage. Again the meat was great the sides awful.
