Social Profile:

Slow and low with hickory wood is the smoking process we prefer when it comes to the qualities we have come to love in our food. Our menu is built on simple and traditional dishes that are the very foundation of barbecue style cooking, however, the creative minds have added irresistible twists to a number of plates to keep you on your toes. Tender, moist, and flavorful should be expected when you visit Pit 105.

Delicious food! When we do take out we call ahead. There are tables with seats if you want to eat there. The brewery next door also has decent drinks and fun vibes. I love eating here and trying something new each time! It is filling and so good.

THE BEST BRISKET IN THE WORLD! For my stay in Williston, I discovered Pit 105 and loved it so much I ordered almost everything on the menu. Their loaded potatoes are delicious and HUUUGE, like the size of a baby foot ball. Personally, the hot potato was the best, but the other two options were great, too. They have unique sandwiches too. I couldnt pick a favorite but the “Dallas Dip” and “Back the Blue” are tied at the top. If you have a sweet tooth, I’d definitely try the bread pudding. It tasted like a combination of bread pudding and French toast with ice cream on top. I was never disappointed, it’s definitely a gem of Williston.

Firstly – food! And what a quality food. I feel this is a bit unfair from Pit105’s perspective, as having so many interesting options on the menu could easily make one stick with this place for a week, not giving other folks in the neighborhood a chance to be visited by customers 😉 Delicious, fresh, truly local. Got it suggested by a colleague and … I was not disappointed! Coming back to try (tacos!). Secondly, spacious place not letting you cram. Totally recommend if in the hood.

This restaurant is a little loud but that is the atmosphere. The people are very friendly. The food is good, although I’ve only had their brisket, which was delicious. The restaurant is attached to a bar but they are in two separate rooms and two separate entrances but can get to each other from inside. The restaurant set up is nice.

WOW!!!!! That’s all I can say! I visited Williston from Texas and was told Pit 105 had the “best brisket” and I was skeptical. I thought, “No way does a place in ND have better brisket than TX”… well I can honestly say that’s the best brisket I’ve ever had. It was SO good. Tender, flavorful, moist… incredible.

My sandwich was so good, I couldn’t finish it though and since I was traveling I really couldn’t take it with me. I’d be back if I lived there!

All I can say is I have a very very high standard of bbq. Is it the best mo, my dads is lol. I do wish the brisket came out without the bbq so you can put your own on from the counter but it’s still pretty good. The buffalo chips… they wasn’t bad but I wouldent know how to describe it(doesn’t have Buffalo wing sauce on them). Salad the salad is basic which is fine is a bbq place lol excited to try others once I’m on this dang diet lol. Ohhh and the bbq sauces up on the counter are freaking amazing

Hands down the best BBQ I have ever eaten! I have eaten there twice and the second time was just as good as the first! Excellent food and decently priced. I would have paid more to eat food that good. Great job guys!

Pretty good BBQ, definitely the best in the area, with plentiful servings. I would like to try some other things on the menu for sure. I did find the brisket to be extremely fatty (like more than normal) but the offerings I tried had decent flavor.

Pulled pork nachos are the best. Get the half plate and you’ll still have more than enough food for 2 people. Different from normal nachos with the sliced deep fried potato slices instead of chips. It tastes great

Food was very delicious. Meat was super juicy and tender. Onion rings superb. Brisket sandwich delicious. Wife got a bbq chicken sandwich and it was also delicious. Potato salad was awesome. And the cornbread muffin was so good. I will recommend to anyone that loves bbq.
