First time here. Food was artistically presented and delicious. My friend and I shared brunch meals. We had salmon tartine and rose waffles with a rose latte and a honey ginger latte. All were yummy. Atmosphere relaxed and cozy. Highly recommend!

Pistachio Café is an absolute gem in New Haven. I ordered a chai latte and it was outstanding, perfectly spiced, smooth, and easily one of the best I’ve had. The red velvet cake was phenomenal as well, incredibly fresh and rich.

The ambiance is perfect, with beautiful décor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was easy to chat comfortably with the person I was with, but I also noticed plenty of seating options for larger groups as well as individual spots ideal for studying or working. The layout is thoughtful and welcoming for any type of visit.

Customer service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning.

Short wait times for such a popular place was very unexpected, but beyond appreciated!

Super cute!!! Great vibes but we wanted to eat and it was really confusing. We had to go to the center of the shop to wait for a hostess to seat us then once we sat down we had to go back to the same place to order. I dunno!?!?? They wouldn’t give us a real cup of water. We had to use tiny little water cups and refill them a billion times which isn’t the end of the world. The shawarma wrap had pretty good flavor but was dry. The pecan bar was really good. I think if you go for a something baked and a drink it would probably be great. Don’t think I’d go back for real food though.

This was my first time to Pistachio and will definitely be back! Its such a cool atmosphere to eat and visit with friends. Food was amazing and I definitely took home desserts from the front bakery. The food plating is a work of art itself. The staff is very friendly and welcoming – the owner even came by each table to say hi and ask how everyone’s visit was. Highly recommended!

Fabulous little gem in Westville (two miles west of downtown) a delightful little village with art galleries and restaurants. Pistachio has awesome decor and wonderful coffee. Next time will try one of their “Pistachio” lattes. Crème Brûle cheesecake was not as good as it looked as probably not recently baked. But would definitely recommend it Brunch/Lunch menu. I highly recommend and will be back!!

A lovely place to have stopped by after visiting the Peabody Museum 🙂 ❤️

Staff was super duper lovely, atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and although there’s a long wait for food, it’s very well worth it; I had ordered the tuna melt sandwich since I’m a big fan of the fish, and the order came out warm and crisp with impeccable flavor. Not only that, the ingredients complemented each other very well—props to the chef! ^_^ my dad also loved the food.

I haven’t gone here in years, so having returned to it with such a warm welcome was very pleasant. 10/10

Hands down the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. I got another one to go because it was so good.

My family & I decided to stop in somewhere new and we’re glad we did. We’ll be making a trip back sooner than later.

The London Fog tea was delicious. Try their macarons too, the cookie n creme & fruity cereal were packed with flavor. The pistachio croissant & birds nest got highly positive reviews too!

The entire staff was great, very clean, pricing was on par with other cafes, very fair & the vibe of the entire cafe was really mellow & comfortable.

A coffee to start, and a second to taste pistachio. A charming place in all its ambiance, exquisite flavor in every dish and a different aroma in every coffee I tasted (Pistachio Latte & a Pink Latte). In a single word, Pistachio Cafe is “Fascinating.”

The environment the owners have created is one of a kind in New Haven. Great coffee, food/pastries, music is always nice. Though, best thing is the barista/server team they have cultivated. Shout out Jozzy, Estelle and Jarlenys for always being so helpful, friendly and making great lattes.

Great place to hang out and enjoy some amazing flavors of coffee. We tried the cardamom latte (which is my 2nd favorite). 1st spot is for their signature pistachio latte. My friend tried their Mexican spicy mocha latte, which was also good.
The ambiance is great with some great jazz music in the background. Sometimes, you hear people taking their work call there depending on where you sit.
Their pastries are simply delicious, which has a very European touch to it.
I highly recommend this place.
