Excellent restaurant with really good service. It’s Peruvian food which I had not had before.

The food was delicious, especially the ceviches because we love our seafood and the empanadas.

We arrived a few minutes before 7PM, meaning we were able to take advantage of the happy hour price for our Pisco sour!

Desserts were also very good but we found the portions a little too large in general (sharing is recommended).

The restaurant was real busy, so make sure you get a reservation.

Food and ambience at Pisco all deserve 5 stars. I colors were bright and vibrant. The seating was plush and comfortable. I stopped by on a busy Sunday and this place was packed by noon. We ordered everything from the causa pancita, tuna tartare tacos, lomo saltado montado, ceviche tradicional and the arroz con leche cheesecake. All of the dishes were bright and delicious. The saltado, tacos and ceviche are must orders. I really enjoyed my dining experience here and cannot wait to come back to try more traditional dishes.

Excellent Peruvian food in a fun atmosphere (great Spanish music and kitchen aromas). Daniel’s service was outstanding. Pictures of causa de pollo, leche de tigre (rocoto spicy) and parrillada con carne y pulpo. Great date spot. Makes me want to go back to Peru for a third time.

Really enjoyed our visit here. The cocktails were excellent, and our server was attentive, friendly, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. We ordered the empanadas, pollo causa, steak anticuchos, Seco de Cordero, Arroz con Pollo, and Pescado a lo Macho. The lamb shank and arroz con pollo were standouts, while the pollo causa wasn’t my favorite and the shrimp in the seafood dish were just okay. The chocolate dome is fun for presentation, but the chocolate brownie dessert was much better. Great atmosphere, strong drinks, and solid food overall. Will definitely come back.

Axel was amazing from the moment I walked in—despite my arriving early. He and his colleagues made sure I felt welcomed, comfortable, and fully informed about the menu. I was especially impressed that two managers stopped by to check on me, even though Axel and the entire team already had everything handled and kept me in complete bliss throughout my visit.

Honorable mention to Victor, who made sure my space was spotless and comfortable.

I just moved to the neighborhood, and I’m genuinely excited that this is now one of my go-to spots.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I live out of state. The last time I was in the DMV my colleagues and I wanted to come here but they were holding a private event. So I made sure to come this time. I was not disappointed! Every dish was delicious!!! Daniel was a wonderful waiter as I sat at the bar area. He recommended the empanadas and the pescado a lo macho. Both were excellent! I loved everything. Very well seasoned and layered in flavor. I highly recommend this place and ask for Daniel at the bar. He’s super kind! I’ll be back…when I’m in town!

The DC palate has expanded beyond Ethiopian and high Chinese so of course the next thing is Peruvian. This is a popular joint right now so make reservations. Despite the client load they get out the food and drinks quickly and staff are sweet. Pisco y Nazca serves colorful, unusual fare that you might not have tried before. Clever use of toasted corn throughout. Heavy citrus and sour notes on many of the raw fish dishes. Surprising use of Asian cuisine ideas especially in the thick sauces, reminiscent of a bhuna curry. The mixed drinks are fun and worth a flight. A great date night.

My family and I recently visited this lively restaurant. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the crowd was bustling. We started our meal with passion sour drinks and passion fruit juice. For appetizers, we indulged in ceviche tradicional, yuca a la huancaina, papas à la huancaina, and empanadas de carne. As for our entrees, we opted for bistec a lo pobre, tallarín saltado, and chaufa mixto. The food was delicious, except for the steak on the bistec a lo pobre, which was overcooked. Overall, the dining experience was very enjoyable.

I went here for my birthday as recommended by a friend. Overall the food and the service was good. Paulo was the servicer and he did a good job on helping me to select the food with his recommendation. Also, accommodated my husband with substitutes. The Ceviche was excellent. The steak has room to improve on its quality.

Located in the previous McCormick and Schmicks and Cesco, this place was hopping on a very busy Wednesday night. Highly recommend reservations. Most of the tables here can accommodate 2-4 people. Larger parties will be in the private room or closer to the front.

They do have happy hour which consists of drinks specials only. I had two Pisco sours and boy did they pack a punch. You can order from your table as well. I was quite tipsy! We had a party of eight and since the place was packed, service was a little slow. I did enjoy their tuna tartare tacos and Croquetas to start.

For main dishes, I enjoyed the Tallarines a la Huancaina- pasta was good as well as the sauce. The Lomo Saltado was okay, a little salty and the tenderloin was not tender and was cooked well done. I did request it medium rare, oh well. My Mom did enjoy the Pescado a la Macho. Large piece of fried fish with seafood.

Overall, I will come back and try their other dishes. Glad it opened in Bethesda and it’s a good option if you aren’t looking for American food which Bethesda has plenty of.
