Great Peruvian Food! Great service and great presentation of food (see pictures)! It does not have to be “high-class” to look high-class! Prices were a little on the highe end for the type of food, but the flavors were worth it! Highly recommend for Peruvian Food !

It was a sleepy Monday early evening when I decided to go to Pisco Sour. Little did I know that the name comes from their signature drink, the pisco sour. I ordered a glass of Malbec of course. I ordered seafood, a traditional dish(there are many on the menu). The salsa was fresh with lime, onion and tomato, the seafood was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were also deliciously done..not too done. I finally asked Victor, my knowledgeable and friendly waiter, about the Pisco Sour. He was super genuinely nice and conversational in a good way. I ordered the Pisco Sour for dessert and was not disappointed, lightly sweet, frothy, and smooth. I would highly recommended Pisco Sour for your Peruvian adventure in Denver, Colorado.

I’ve only had Peruvian food once before at this great place now closed call Mango in St. Louis.

This place, although not as swanky, exceeded my expectations.

The bartender was a gem. Not only was her personality lively, but her knowledge of the menu was vast. Although not being Peruvian, she recommended the best dishes to try and they were all heaters.

There is so much flavor in each dish I can’t begin to describe how elated I was eating.

The dessert was decadent and a nice finish to the whole experience.

Also tried the Pisco Sour drink for the second time and it was made well, but not my particular taste.

Definitely try this place out!

We had a great meal at Pisco Sour. I had the Aji de Gallina while my partner had the Fettuccine a la Huancaina. While both were delicious, the Fettuccine was amazing. The flavor was so rich and delicious. Our server only spoke Spanish but that was not an issue because I speak Spanish a bit as well.

I spent some time in Lima and was very excited to try the food here because it looked very authentic. It did not disappoint. We had appetizers, drinks, and our main meal. Our service was great, but we were also the only people in the restaurant. There were plenty of orders going out the door for to go. I really liked the chicken à la brasa. Nextime I will try the ceviche

Great place, good atmosphere. We got Lomo saltado, seco de carne and pisco sour.
Lomo Saltado had a good flavor, but they used low quality ingredients, such as McDonald’s potatoes and cheap meat. The rice was amazing, though. Wish they would invest more in the ingredients since the cost per plate was $26.50
Seco de carne had a great flavor, but it’s supposed to be a juicy beef stew though, instead we got super dried meat, again flavor was good though.
Pisco sour is the worst one I’ve ever tried. DO NOT ORDER PISCO SOUR. it was horrible.
Waitress was super sweet and good.
I won’t cone back due to the low quality ingredients, the cost per plate was $26 50 and pisco “15, I was expecting something more.
Also, 20% gratuity is added automatically to the bill, then they have an option to add more gratuity at the end, which makes it awkward with the server.

The mahi mahi with shrimp and mussels was delicious . The sauce is what makes the meal. The offered several ceviche meals that I’ll try next time .

I’m from Lima, Peru and this is the best Peruvian food I’ve tried in Colorado! Every time we visit Colorado we make a stop at Pisco Sour to try their delicious food. Highly recommend. Buen provecho!

We came in for the buffet option, but at first half of the containers were empty and we needed to ask them to fill up, then they never restocked on plates for a while and once they did the plates were dirty! They also automatically add a %20 gratuity tip and the staff was rude and talked over us as well as I believe they were drunk themselves from the customers buying them constant shots rather than pay attention to us.
