Cheese pizza was better than expected. Buffalo wings scratched that itch and the garlic knots were decent, needed more butter. The side of marinara sauce elevated the knots to the next level.

Stopped in after passing it on the way to the fountain park. I gotta say I was impressed. I would have gotten more than a slice but I had already stuffed my face at DJs. The woman behind the register was also super nice.

Stopped into Pisa Pizza in Fountain Hills for the 2-slices-and-a-drink deal and it was perfect. I got plain cheese slices and they were fresh, hot, and super flavorful. The crust had that perfect crispy-chewy bite and the cheese was melted just right without being greasy. Service was quick and friendly, and the price was great for the quality. If you love classic cheese pizza done right, this is the spot!

Well, ordered another pie recently, March 4th, totally different experience. One table of sit-downers, 3 total to-go pickups waiting. I arrived at the 30 min wait time for my order, still not ready. I usually get my pies well down, a little crispy. This one wasn’t cooked thoroughly at all. My friends, 4 of up total, took a couple bites, and no more. Center of the pizza was soggy, not even cooked. Now we have to drive farther into Scottsdale for pizza from now on. Sorry to say, QC has diminished at PP unfortunately. ♂️

Food was so good that I would eat there again. A daily stop is not unheard of, daily lunch specials & dinner deals available. Very clean and upscale environment. Outside seating, nicely lit at night and heat provided as requested for the chilly.

Another great lunch performance however I’m seeing a pattern with my lunch pictures here, seems like I always have the same, ! Melcie made an amazing slice perfectly and the salad was just as delicious. Home run out the park, wait a minute, that was the baseball game I was watching during my meal at the sit down counter. Awesome every time I tell you. Take a break and check it out cause it’s the best environment during lunch for me.
Pisa Pizza also delivers.

From the outside you get a upscale vibe but when you walk in I felt like I was back on Mulberry street. This is really close to New York style and some of the best NY style pizza in AZ. Now the reason for 4 stars is it needed to be cooked maybe 3-4 more minutes to brown the cheese a little more. This place is definitely a recommendation to anyone looking for good pizza.
