Piripi is wickedly yummy! We sat at the bar and although our dinner took awhile to arrive, the dishes were worth every tasty bite. We ordered fish and chips and homemade fettuccine with basil sauce, sautéed veggies on top. Situated in the heart of Erie downtown, on the second floor, there’s a sweet outdoor seating area. The cost of the dinner for two was on the higher side and we both agreed, because of the high, fresh quality of the food, we would go back in a New York second.

This is my 5th time at Piripi in downtown Erie. It is a great date night spot. Usually we get tapas but tonight I had the shrimp coconut curry. It didn’t disappoint. Spicy, flavorful, the only complaint was that there was not enough on the plate 😉

The food was ok and the staff very nice, although we were asked a refociláis amount of times if they could bus our dishes. Also, we were at a small table and instead of pacing the food, they brought it all out at once, which made it tricky. The drinks were good.

We enjoyed dinner for four on the rooftop patio. From tapas to desert an amazing menu with something for everyone regardless of dietary choices or restrictions (the gnocchi was fantastic!), generous pours from a nice selection of wines by the glass, and a fantastic staff. Definitely one of Boulder County’s best. Be sure to make reservations.

This place is fabulous! Amazing homemade delicious gluten-free foods. This is in my top rated restaurants. I have zero negative criticism. Everything is great! We drove from Greeley and it’s worth the long drive.

After reading all the great reviews about this place we really expected a lot more. We had some friends with us and thought we would give it a try. The food was pretty but not very tasty. We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapenos, calamari, and mussels. None of them were impressive by any means. We actually sent the calamari back as it was over cooked and rubbery. For dinner we had the wedge salad, which was not a wedge, it was a small portion of lettuce on a plate with the other toppings place in the center. The fettuccine was undercooked and barely had any Alfredo sauce on it. The service was sub par, we had a long wait just to put in the order. Also, the food and drinks are not cheap. For the prices we paid, it should have been a much better quality. Overall very, very, disappointing. The only thing we did enjoy was the rooftop seating. Also, fyi, it is a smaller sized place without any music. We had really hoped to find a great local place but after this experience, we will stick to driving downtown Denver.

Piripi should be experienced at least once if you are along the front range of Colorado. This is a fine dining experience in a small town and the food was incredible. First you should know it was our anniversary. We ordered a bottle of crystal (Dom is also available on the menu with many other yummy drink offers) from Paula our very friendly and knowledgeable server. She preceded to suggest several tapas from the menu and suggested we might make a meal of shareables which we took her advice on after seeing all the selection! Do not leave the restaurant without getting the bacon wrapped dates and the bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. Those were the favorites. We ordered two dates, stuffed jalapenos, calamari, and scallops and because of our anniversary they gifted us a small champagne bottle to take home(adorable). The food exquisite, the patio was hot until sunset then perfection. The champagne was impeccable and the atmosphere posh yet welcoming. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a perfect anniversary dinner Piripi and Paula and all the other staff that took care of us!

Beautiful restaurant with a outside patio with rooftop.. Scallop & Bacon wrapped dates appetizers were winners. Blue cheese filet mignon & NY strip perfectly melted in your mouth. To finish it up with the best Molten Lava Cake I have ever had.
