They where extremely busy because of the pride parade. But still all the staff where friendly something got messed up and five tables who came in after us where served before us but the girl bringing our food apologized and gave us a free order of chili cheese fries I really enjoyed my food and the decor

Do not recommend! This is the worst burger place in all of Mexico and we drove through Tulum, Valladolid, Merida, Campeche, San Cristobal and Oaxaca.
1. There is no service
2. The burger in the photo and the burger in real life are completely different
3. The cost of burgers is overpriced by 1.5-2 times
4. And most importantly! Ordering a “combo” set you pay separately for fries, although in the photo it looks like the combo set already includes a drink, a burger and fries.
Do not recommend! better go to McDonald’s – for the same money, but much tastier)

45 minutes to make a single burger . It seemed the two guys working had forgotten about me and I had to say ‘ todo bien ? ‘
They started working again after that
I had ordered a burger without cheese for a reason .. and I sat there and watched them like a hawk , maybe it’s normal for workers to just wear gloves while handling food in Mexico but these is the first time I saw it .
I knew he was going to mess up the order . I watched him and had to remind him about multiple things
But I did catch they put cheese on my burger which I explicitly ordered without cheese
I was going to scrap it off .. but after one bite i realized the burger was terrible and so I just threw everything away and left

this place is ok. Employees are a little bit careless. But the cups & artwork and cleanliness is kinda cool. I asked for a HOOK and they gave me something else. My partner asked for a RANGER and they gave her something else. The meats where not like the pictures seems like they didn’t have in stock what they display.
