Food was just Ok.
They will bring you real half-and-half, but you have to ask for it. Service was slow. They don’t put prices on any of their drinks on the menu. Coffee was $3.99. They put the pot down in front of you so you can refill yourself. The tables are higher than other other restaurants- a little uncomfortable. Noise level is high due to layout of tables with no barriers to stop noise.
They had booths and tables with chairs. It’s a very open inside where you can see all the tables and people. It’s not ideal for children.
It’s mostly four top tables available. They did have one 8 top available, but it had high stools so again not ideal for a large party with children.

Prices are around $14 per meal
We arrived at 11:45. There were 9 open tables and probably 90% of occupied tables had their food. Party of 2 we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Another couple came in and was told the same thing. After a couple of minutes they left. Hostess did not seem to care. I asked to talk to the manager. The hostess went back and came back and said manager couldn’t because they were slammed. I have worked in restaurants before so I understand slammed and this was far from it. Employees were laughing and having a really nice time. We ended up leaving because I knew it was going to take a loooong time which at lunch most people don’t have.
First Watch corporate would have been embarrassed by this. It wasn’t even noon and they were losing business.
In a nutshell a poorly run restaurant with poor customer service. Will not be back. See pictures to confirm honesty.
