Me and my wife went here on a date night, and I promise we will come back often! The catfish is probably the best catfish I have had that’s not homemade! They let us sit on the patio with our pup, and even he got a meal! Water bowl and the whole 9 yards. Absolutely the best service I have ever had, better than Bru Burger and any other place in downtown Evansville.

For this week’s Thursday lunch adventure, we decided to try Pips Pub!
For my appetizer, I went with the pretzel sticks with cheese, and for my entrée I had the Bbq mac & cheese Smashburger with fries!
Andrew Had the fried pickles for his appetizer and for his entrée he went with the barbecue mac & cheese bowl!
We both decided to try the s’mores cheesecake, which was phenomenal!
We were both really impressed with this place, the food quality was outstanding, the server was by herself, and she absolutely killed it! They were relatively busy and she was on it. The service was great, the food was great, this is definitely another local restaurant that I suggest you try out!

Food was excellent!! Hot honey wings is a must. Pork tenderloin was great as well. We all enjoyed what we had. Nashville hot and buffalo chicken sandwich. Hot pepper cheese balls!! If ever back through we will definitely stop again!!

First time eating here – stopped in for lunch. Service was pretty good. Had the Philly cheese steak and it was decent. Didn’t knock my socks off or anything, but decent. Fries were pretty good. My only complaint is the portion size for the price. It was $14 for basically a half of a sandwich and a pretty small amount of fries. It was a good lunch portion, but I would have expected it to be $10 maybe. (One of the menu photos on Google showed it to be $10. Must be an old photo) After tax and tip I spent over $18. I just don’t think it was worth that.

What a fabulous surprise! Happened upon this gem on a road trip. We always try to frequent and support independent small businesses. Family run place that just took on this project this year. It was clean. Friendly. Some renovations obviously still underway, but it didn’t hamper our experience at all. BLT was special with generous bacon, a fried green tomato, and a red tomato slice too. Broccoli was delicious. Cole slaw was amazingly fresh. Fry seasoning is different with little sweet and little hint of heat. We want to come back one day to try more of the menu, especially the pork tenderloin that looked amazing. Caters to kiddos too. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable booths. Do your tastebuds a favor, and plan a stop at this I 64 happening eatery.
