This has to be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Don’t bother placing an online order, you will never get it. Have had this happen twice in the past few weeks. Never giving them my business again. Each time there has been about 8-10 people standing in there waiting for orders. No one working there will help you. I stood there my entire lunch break and didn’t get my order. Had to leave and go back to work without getting my food even though it was paid for online. They won’t help you in person, and won’t answer the phone if you try and call for a refund.

Phenomenal food at a phenomenal restaurant. The staff here were really nice. We lost our Firehouse Subs in Grand Forks ND and these guys absolutely stepped up and took care of us. I miss Firehouse Subs, man.

Both times I’ve been to the location, the staff is friendly and welcoming to the store. I loved the Spicy Cajun chicken sandwich and bonus it comes with a pickle spear! I used my birthday rewards, which was a free medium sub with a purchase, so I ordered a small fountain drink. Def worth the rewards perks. Will be back.

Honestly I haven’t been to a firehouse in like 7 years and i wanted to try it and I wasn’t disappointed. The meat was realllyy tender and flavorful. Order came out pretty quick and the staff was friendly and were having a great time! I will be coming back whenever I can.

I came here with a couple friends before heading out of town for the weekend. I got a seasonally offered pepperoni pizza style sub that tasted amazing and didn’t wait long at all for it. The staff were helpful and I’ll be looking out for Firehouse Subs more often since I don’t typically seek it out. The restrooms here are nice as well (I used them to wash my hands). 5 stars from me!

First and last time ordering from here. I ordered an Italian sub on wheat. It came on white. It had banana peppers and olives on it which I did not order bc I cannot stand either. I also ordered chicken dumpling soup which I did not get. Instead I got another sub, something with turkey, on wheat. Never again.

Did not receive entire order. Called the store the person answered stating he was the manager and refused to apologize for the missing item. He said he does not report to anyone as he is the highest and only one higher is God. He told me he did not like my attitude.. I disconnected the call. Horrible way to satisfy a customer.
