We were surprised to be one of very few people at prime hours on a Saturday, but decided to give Pintoli’s a try. The waitress was nice and helped us decide on lasagna to share. We also ordered spinach artichoke dip. While we waited we were served a basket of overdone bread sticks. When our dip was served we were given another basket along with an apology about the others. We didn’t like the dip at all. The lasagna was probably quite good, but we had a hard time figuring out where it was because there was so much sauce. I normally like more sauce than most, and the sauce was really good, but we really wanted lasagna and didn’t get that experience. My other big complaint is that the restaurant was freezing. My husband had to go back to the car and get his heavy coat – no fun having to be bundled up while eating.

Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service but disappointing food. Cesar salad was generous, large amount of grated Parmesan but the dressing lacks flavor. The complimentary breadsticks were great, the slice of pizza not so much. Dried on top while the crust was underdone and doughy. The chicken Parmesan was soggy, pasta overdone and the red sauce watery. We are very disappointed, would have rated lower but again, the service was excellent.

Service was great as usual. Spaghetti with meatballs was excellent. Learning to ignore the classic rock.

Decided to give them another go. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and was very pleased. Service was still great but the music was still annoying. 2/3 is a good improvement.

The service was outstanding. Our server Jamie was polite and cheerful. Unfortunately the food was just passable. My meal came out room temperature. The alfredo sauce was like glue. The highlight of my meal was the meatball which I ordered on the side, absolutely delicious. At $50+ for 3 people the cost was standard. I enjoy classic rock now and then but its not what I expect to hear playing in an Italian restaurant.

I’ve been going here for many years and I have yet to find better alfredo sauce anywhere else. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is always great. My husband and I moved out of the area a few years ago, but every time we come back into town, we stop at Pintoli’s.

We absolutely loved this place, after a long day we decided to go get dinner from here. They closed at 9 we arrived at 7, we literally waited to be seated for over 15 minutes, three times a server made eye contact with us even came up to the bar right where we were standing and never even acknowledged us. It broke my heart even though the food is amazing the service was terrible

I visited today for a co-worker and myself (against my better judgement) and I must say that my better judgement was correct. I ordered a club sandwich…… not good at all. My co-worker ordered Alfredo Fettuccine. He was not satisfied either. Too much sauce and the chicken he paid extra for, was rubbery. 2 stars because the Hostess was fairly nice. 1 star for the food.

Had lunch there today, 3/16/16. My co-workers and I were greeted with an excuse of why it took so long to get waited on and it was because of a party of 20 in the other room. While we were there another unexpected large party showed up. Needless to say, those were the ones that received top service while the rest of the restaurant guests suffered from it. My fish of chicken Alfredo was boiled chicken, not grilled, and the sauce was watered down. The dish was barely warm. When I complained upon checking out, I was told there was nothing they could do. Really? The least they could have done was offer to discount my lunch.

The shrimp and bacon pasta was incredible and the crawfish pasta was good. I wish I saved money by not getting the cheese garlic bread sticks since the plain garlic bread is free I live and I learn. All at a very reasonable price. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was a urinal screen in the sink… and that’s nasty.

We have eaten here several times, with varying degrees of.quality. Tonight has sealed their fate. The food is better (and cheaper) from Dominos! The chicken fingers they offer are the same ones Walmart sells. Lastly, the service was terrible! And- top it all off with a screwed up order!

Always come here at least once when in town. Love their eggplant parmigiano. It is so flavorful and filling at a great price. They have really good coffee too.
