Food is delicious but service is extremely slow every time we go. Today a line of customers waiting to order, two people behind the counter and only one taking orders. Second employee behind the counter clearly should have opened the other register but was moving slowly and never bothered to open another one. Please work on employee service and customer satisfaction.

I visit this place frequently. Food is fabulous and always fresh. I always use the drive through but had the opportunity to visit inside and the atmosphere was excellent. The store was clean , the employees are very nice and helpful. I got a chance to speak to the manager and she was nice and welcoming. If your looking for good health foods, visit McAlister’s, they have a good menu and they well take good care of you. Definitely recommend it.

Great customer service. The staff was courteous and even went the extra mile making menu recommendations to save me money. The restaurant is very clean with a warm and family atmosphere. I definitely recommend McAllister’s for a family outing or quick food trip while on the go.

first of all, you have to order thru a robot on the phone then get charged a 3% service fee just for ordering. i went inside to pick up 2 sandwiches & sides, & a nacho basket. i get to the truck & there is only one sandwich in my bag. i go back inside to get the one they didn’t pack up, which was my husbands sweet & savory chicken sandwich. he took a bite before we even pulled out of the parking lot & the chicken is cold. there is partially spread yellow-ish sauce that looks like they tried to put honey mustard on the bun, then realized it doesn’t go on that sandwich, instead of starting over with a fresh bun. my sandwich was cold when it is supposed to be hot. also got a sweet tea when i came back in to get the sandwich that was left out & i got charged for it- which whatever at that point. TERRIBLE food, waste of money, disappointed.

Ordered everything from salads, sandwiches, soup and kids menu. The salad was fresh, berries bursting with flavor and an excellent amount of chicken. I’d prefer less candied pecans but easy to push aside. The supreme club was loaded with meat, wish it wasn’t just placed in center. Broccoli and cheese soup was fantastic. The regular sized turkey and chips was lacking meat for the size of the ciabatta bread. The pretzel/hotdog bites on kids menus were good and so was the fruit. Tea and strawberry lemonade was excellent.

Child’s chicken salad, sea salt chips and small cookie for $4.30. Awesome price for awesome food!
Just realized they forgot to put chicken strips and there was no fork in the bag. Some of the lettuce was wilted as well. 🙁

Just picked up an order of Ultimate Nachos. No chili or cheese dip and chips were stale. Tried to call store and talk to someone about order and whoever answered hung up on me! Never going there again!

Service was extremely slow as it was announced that they were short staffed but the staff that was there were friendly despite the staffing shortcoming. The sandwich was good although poorly constructed. It was supposed to have bacon, but only one half of the sandwich had bacon and the rest of the meat was ill-prpportioned between the two sides.
