Not sure if I’ve ever gotten a steak and cheese with tiny minced pieces of steak .. it was completely soaked with ketchup that’s all I tasted .. couldnt even taste the meat at all.. sweet peppers are minced like relish .. everything is tiny and i didn’t get mushrooms that I ordered .i definitely wouldn’t waste $12 on this ever again . .. I can’t believe they use this type of steak for a steak and cheese..

The pizzas were disappointingly floppy and undercooked despite requesting a well-done crust. Sparse pepperoni and bland taste didn’t help. Air frying at home was the only plus. Subs from here were also subpar; wrong cheese on a cheesesteak with no willingness to correct it. We were told to go through a third party app to request a refund. Nice staff, but the food and service don’t match the price.

Ordered delivery to Ft. A. P. Hill. I confirmed several times with the person taking our order, that they could deliver to the base. Then I got a call that the delivery was at the office. Once I figured out that they went to a campground we were not staying at, I informed the delivery person as to where we were. She stated she would refund our money, as she didn’t like my tone of voice. I informed her I wanted what I paid for and we agree to meet at the gate. When I got to the gate, the delivery person called and stated she thought I was coming to the restaurant to pick up my order. I said I would be right there, and she said they were closed. That was 8:45, I could have been there in plenty of time. Will not being going back there. I will also informed my neighbors of this horrible experience. And that is how they treat our military.

The food was fresh and really great! Went here for lunch. I had the tortellini pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken. My colleague had the sweet chili wings with fries. Everything is made to order so there is a little bit of a wait time for your food so if you’re short on time I’d recommend calling ahead.

We met up in front of Pino’s Pizza to hand over our disabled grandmother to another side of the family. She needed to use the bathroom, so we went in to see if they had one available.
I understand a “restroom for customers only” policy, IF there’s a lot of foot traffic. But this is a restaurant next to a gas station that probably has 5 cars come through per hour.
Minimum purchase was a drink. Okay, should be cheap right? Almost $4 for a soda that should cost $2.50. Definitely seemed predatory. This is an old woman that needs to wear diapers because she’s suffered an injury that made her incontinent. But you’re squeezing $4 out of her?
And the woman working was sort of rude, not terrible but she certainly had a tone. I didn’t catch her name but she looked like Karina Garcia.

Stopped by driving thru, an amazing pick. Owner has just started serving Mexican. Value and taste!! Seems like great local mom and pop offering greate taste and value for amount!! Rare these days , plus great pizza shop!! Family of six ate for 60 less then McDonald’s these days!!

We eat at Pino’s regularly. Tonight we sat down and was handed 1 menu for 5 people, mind you there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant and 1 of which had already ordered. We were served 2 orders of Toasted Ravioli that were burnt, as if they had been cooked, sat in the window and thrown back in the deep fryer to heat up and were served to us. Both orders were hard and when bit into the cheese had even hardened. When I sat them on the bar the Manager, I’m assuming, was very rude. Asked me what the problem was, I said they are burnt and I’m not paying for this, she saw nothing wrong. I told her they had either been cooked multiple times or had been fried in dirty grease. She immediately had an attitude and began speaking to someone in the back in Spanish as she walked away. I had to ask if the order was going to be remade and she never answered. About 10 minutes later, 2 fresh orders were delivered. Our main entrees were advertised with bread, when we asked for the bread after having our food for 20 minutes the same Manager rolled her eyes and rudely presented us with 1 order instead of the 2 we should of received. We had a to-go order as well, it was taken and yelled back to us as she didn’t remember in the 5 steps to the computer what had been ordered. When I say we were highly disappointed, it’s an understatement. This Manager or whomever she is needs to realize her establishment is in a small town, where rude gets you no where. We won’t be returning.

What a great little place just off of 301 in Virginia this restaurant is located within a mile of Fort AP Hill and it’s in a very small strip mall. The pizza was delicious with a thin crust and very perfectly cooked cheese and the salad was excellent with a homemade Greek vinaigrette. We spent about $30 for a family of four. I never traveling through this part of town again I will definitely stop in again

Absolutely the best lunch deal in town! $12.95 for a nice portion of chicken parm and spaghetti, a side salad with plenty of dressing, and buttery garlic bread. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The most wonderful, sweet delivery drivers. Can’t recommend this place enough!
