In 2008 Tim Volikas, the manager/owner of Pinocchio’s Restaurant, began receiving a lot of customer feedback about his small craft beer selection. Tim, a beer-lover himself, began to ponder the idea of expanding his beer take-out section to a full bottle shop. Following the release of both the fall and winter sampler 6-packs, the positive response only reaffirmed Tim’s aspiration to create the Beer Garden To Go in 2009. The rest is history! The Bottle Shop now features over 1,000 different beers from more than 200 American Craft and International Breweries. Come in, build a 6-pack, and find your new favorite local IPA or that rare Belgian Quad for a special occasion.

Went for a private event. The staff was great. Food looked good. Decent variety. Slightly disappointed on the sandwiches. Though if you like simple, then it’s great. Seating was fine. TV in back.

I’m totally disappointed in the service that I have received from this establishment. I’ve supported this establishment for over several years and had good service up until today when I was mistreated by the manager and one of the female cashiers. I did not receive the items I had ordered for delivery. The driver delivered to the wrong house and the female cashier’s excuse was the driver was a new employee. The manager refused to recreate another order. The next day upon leaving my house I see the order in front of my house. The owner should let both of them go if this is their attitude.

I’ve been going here for years but this is my first review. We got an assortment of items including a Greek salad, white spinach ricotta pizza, a Italian hoagie and French fries. We got it for take out and it was ready and hot when I went to pick it up. It’s fairly priced and is some pretty good food. Another thing we like about this place is they deliver and open later.

Yes it is a beer Mecca….superb selection pretty well organized. Service is great too, super helpful every time I’ve been there. Love their newsletter updates, picked Heady few times. So a perfect beer joint you’d say? Nope. The space is way over crowded, crammed really tightly. You add a bunch of people walking around with pint glasses filled with beer and….you have no room to actually look at the fridges and buy beer. In the last month I’ve been to Pinocchio’s 3 times and bought ZERO beer because of it being so overcrowded with drinkers. I’m no genius but maybe consider either being a really awesome beer shop OR convert into a bar since your tiny space is just too small to be both.

These guys have the best beer selection in Media. Cans and taps are always on point.

The restaurant is probably the only actual Family Restaurant in town. The vibe, the table dough, the incredibly friendly staff and the wood carvings are impressive. They recently expanded their seating to offer more tables.
To sum it up: They’re busy every night of the week because they consistently run an exceptional business.
