Walked in midday 11:30am. Smelled wonderful. Only one customer finishing up eating. No staff was present, finally they came out of the back and we were seated. Served with bread and oil. Bread was very tough. Caesar salad was alright. It was fresh but the dressing was unusual. We had the manicotti and sausage spinach pasta. Food was delivered within about 10 minutes of ordering. Both meals were good. Atmosphere is pretty boring with weird music playlist played from YouTube.

I visited a few weeks ago (August), and it was very nice. Service was excellent (the owner himself came around to see how I was doing), the food was really good, and the restaurant had a nice, relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
NOTE: I came back this week to visit again, and Pinocchio’s is closed! I’m here during their stated business hours, and the building is locked, no one is around, and the parking lot is empty. There is also a for sale sign next to the building. I called their phone number, and was told it’s been disconnected. Their website is still up, though online ordering is currently disabled.
Not sure what happened. If they relocated, there isn’t any information about that on the building or on the website. They just plain disappeared!

First off, our waiter was exceptional…friendly and checking on us often! Our bread, Stuffed Mushroom appetizer, and Meat Lover’s pizza were all delicious! The owner, Bani, came to our table to see how we were doing and we had a very nice conversation with him. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Ordered lunch menu which consisted of garlic bread, soup of the day, and multiple choices for entrees (subs, pasta, pizzas). Ordered the buffalo ranch chicken pizza and meatball sub. Both were delicious and rich in flavor! Definitely can tell ingredients are fresh with authentic Italian cheeses. The spinach broth style soup of the day was hearty but was short on seasoning. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you from visiting. Restaurant was clean, had a full bar, and we were greeted as we walked in. Prices were reasonable and portions were vast! We will be back!

I’ve been there three times and I always order the same dish every time. This time, the pasta was way too greasy I could eat it like a soup. We also ordered a chicken milanesa, and it was almost burnt. Everything had a funny taste. The atmosphere is great, but the food really needs improvement.

First time trying it out, ate lunch here. Service was top notch, even with them training a new employee. Food was great, good taste, and even brought me something different because I wasn’t fond of the initial dish I chose. It was good just not exactly what I wanted. Waitress and staff super nice, attentive and went out of there way. I really hope this place can stay open longer than a year.

Excellent food and service. I have now eaten here twice and have had the spinach and sausage farfalle and the stuffed manicotti, both of which were flavorful. Others I have eaten with also enjoyed their meals. The bread is so good, too! Give it a shot, it’s awesome Italian food and just what Natchitoches needed!

This place is a step up from your run-of-the-mill italian. I had the fusilli bolognese today and it was full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. Will be back and eager to try more of the menu! So happy to have an Italian place back in Natchitoches!

I visited Pinocchio’s for lunch on a Saturday. Decided on two different calzone’s. Delicious. The service was good, attentive but not too extreme. Overall I enjoyed my lunch and would recommend.
