Me and my family ate here and it was sooooo clean and the food was fresh. The workers was very polite. They was friendly. I can most definitely see the good changes from then to now. Awesome store. I recommend it.

This was the third time that I visited the drive thru. The previous times the food was way overcooked, leathery. Today, the lady at the drive thru was very rude, talking over my sister as she tried to order. I requested a chicken breast and paid $5 extra for it and did not get it. The woman seemed mad about the request when we finally got her to listen. I love KFC, but I will never go back to that location. She didn’t give her name or give us a receipt. If you can’t be nice to the customers, maybe you should do the frying.

The chicken wasn’t ready, so I was disappointed about that, but it gave me a chance to try the chicken nuggets. I was not disappointed at all the were hot, fresh, and pretty tasty.

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD. I’ve went here a few times. Half the time the order is wrong when they give it to you. They don’t listen when you order just want to rush you out. Go there tonight and they are out of half of the menu, can’t make nuggets because they’re frozen, they don’t have popcorn chicken. Last time they were out of tenders. You’re a chicken place… how are you out of chicken?! Not to mention lobby closes at 10, doors locked at 9 with the girl employee holding the counter up playing on her phone… no care in the world. They were just plain lazy and didn’t want to work or make anything. Went to the other KFC across town.. the manager there even stated they just don’t want to work. They helped serve me and had everything hot and ready!!!

The floors were sticky staff was not very friendly & the chicken was burnt. I didn’t even go back for fresh food because I thought the staff might do something to it. The one thing I did like is when I asked for Ranch & ketchup they filled up a plate with it & handed it to us.

This place is getting so slack ,I was there 4 days ago.I ordered a 16 piece chicken meal with 4 extra large sides .The chicken was fried in old cooking grease and it looked dark.The sides were small , not extra large .I paid $48.60 . KFC ,change your cooking grease and pay more attention to your orders.
