The pizza was insanely good. The crust was so crunchy. I should have tried one normal slice like pepperoni or margherita.

Pinky’s is the shit! One of the BEST whisky selections in PDX and they just happen to have some of the BEST pizza as well.

I’m devastated that I’ve lived in Portland for so long and didn’t know about this place. Not only is it a fantastic whiskey bar with an incredibly talented and interesting bartender – the pizza here is really, really good. Their gluten free pizza is easily in my top 5 gf pizzas in the city. Never have I been to a neighborhood restaurant and bar so good I start to wonder “could I afford to move to this side of town?” This place and it’s bartender will instantly make you want to become a regular fixture there. I know I plan to be!

If you’re visiting Portland, or if you live in the area this place is a MUST have!! Their pizzas are some of the best I’ve had, and as someone who lived in NY for several years I can confidently say I know great pizza!
Not only are their pizzas tasty, but they have a great selection of beers and beverages. I had their Manhattan which was really one of the best I’ve had.
The service is ALWAYS amazing! I am always greeted like I am part of their team!
