Food was great, service was great. Nice little family diner. Probably the best omelet I’ve eaten in a very long time. The French Toast was also delicious. I’ll certainly be back. Thanks for an enjoyable breakfast.

Was taking a drive through Carbondale and stumbled across Pinky’s. What a diamond in the rough. Fast and friendly service. Great menu of lunch and breakfast. We had the stuffed French toast and blueberry pancake short stack with home fries. Delicious food and super reasonable price. Nice atmosphere.

I’ve only had breakfast here but they always nail it. Today they had a soppressata and red pepper omelette special which was incredible. Staff are always quick and friendly with a really nice atmosphere. You can even sit at the bar if you want that old timey diner feeling. Don’t let my picture fool you, I didn’t get a small portion of home fries I just started demolishing them before I remembered to take a picture. Great breakfast stop.

Great small town diner. The service and staff are always friendly and great, the food is delicious and decently priced, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been going to Pinkys since I was in HS. Still enjoy going now that I’m in my 30’s.

The first thing I’d like to say is that the web site says Pinkys open at 7AM but when I arrived, it was closed and opens at 7:30AM. That was a HUGE setback for me (for reasons).How hard is it to update the operation time on the web?

Was in for lunch ordered a turkey club. The toast tasted like it was leftover from breakfast. The lettuce was limp and tomatoes were lacking flavor. The gravy was good on the so so fries.

Delightful place on Main St Carbondale. Friendly morning atmosphere. The staff were friendly and had a decent waitress. Food was promptly served and there were no issues to be had. The food was good. I’d recommend a stop here for breakfast.
