We stopped here on our way home from our trip and it was not a disappointment. The food was so good, the coffee was so good and the place was so interesting. They always make sure your coffee is full and they are very attentive. I wish this place was closer to where I live because I would be a regular. And the prices were on point! PS- I asked for no eggs on my Benedict lol

A nice little family restaurant in the heart of Carbondale!
Prices are certainly fair. Food tasted good. Portions are average for the price point. Service was friendly and fast. Really can’t say anything negative at all.
I had the country omelette. It’s not huge but it’s enough to satisfy. Corned beef hash side was you’re standard CBH from a can. Nothing special. My wife got the casserole scrambler, and she liked it. Good homemade sausage.
I’m not going to travel a half hour special to come here but it’s certainly good if you’re in town .

I love that this place has breakfast all day. I’m a little addicted to their open face roast beef sandwich right now. The gravy is especially good. They also have really good desserts they make in house. They have a nice counter. You can sit at like a diner or regular seating.

Was taking a drive through Carbondale and stumbled across Pinky’s. What a diamond in the rough. Fast and friendly service. Great menu of lunch and breakfast. We had the stuffed French toast and blueberry pancake short stack with home fries. Delicious food and super reasonable price. Nice atmosphere.
