Pinky’s by Vanderpump is absolutely stunning. The decor is gorgeous and exactly what you’d expect from Lisa Vanderpump. Over-the-top in the best way. Super fun, pink, and photo-worthy.
The food and drinks are beautiful and everything we tried tasted good. We had the It’s Hot Honey margarita, the Flamingo Pink mocktail, strawberry pancakes, and lobster rolls for brunch. All were enjoyable, but the portions were very small and definitely not filling.
Service was attentive and friendly. However, the prices are extremely high for what you actually get, which took away from the experience. Also, the water glasses and silverware looked dingy and not very clean, which was surprising given how polished everything else is.
Overall, it’s a fun and beautiful spot, great for photos and the experience, but the value doesn’t quite match the price point.

Stylish Spot and Great Service, But Not a Standout for Me
We stopped into Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo for a couple of drinks and, to be honest, it was just… ok. The décor is bold and glamorous – very Vegas – but personally I found it a bit cheesy rather than classy. It feels more about the look than the overall experience.
The bartender was brilliant – really attentive, friendly and clearly skilled. She made the cocktails well and service was easily the highlight of our visit. I had the espresso martini (I think it was called “Less Depresso, More Espresso”), my girlfriend had a strawberry fizz-style drink, and I finished with a Negroni. All were perfectly decent, but I’ve definitely had better versions elsewhere.
One big downside for me was the overpowering smell of cigar smoke. It wasn’t just inside Pinky’s – it drifted in from the casino floor too – and it was really pungent. It genuinely put me off and would make me think twice about returning.
Overall, it’s an interesting stop if you’re already in the Flamingo and want a visually fun place for a drink, but it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.

Love the eclectic style and open air feel (they kept the door to the strip open in their atrium area). Service was attentive and friendly BUT THE FOOD WAS THE STAR!!! Mini lobster rolls and lo crab with shrimp were my favorites of my order BUT NOTHING was underwhelming!! All had a but of whimsy included (especially in the cocktails)… went for dinner and want to go back for brunch.

We had such a wonderful experience at Pinky’s by Vanderpump, and a huge part of that was Miguel (server assistant). From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask — refilling waters quickly, clearing plates promptly, and making sure our table was always spotless and comfortable.
What stood out most was his attitude. Miguel carried himself with such a positive, respectful energy and made us feel truly taken care of. In a busy Vegas atmosphere, that level of attentiveness and warmth really makes a difference. He worked seamlessly with the team and elevated our entire dining experience.
It’s team members like Miguel who turn a great restaurant into a memorable one. We will absolutely be back — and we hope to see him again!

I absolutely loved the aesthetic and environment here—it’s a great vibe! Just a heads-up: definitely book in advance if you’re coming on a weekend. The starters were delicious and the service was attentive. I ordered a burger for my main, which was just okay; it didn’t quite live up to the high bar set by the appetizers, but overall a nice experience.

Overall a good experience. I am not really sure this is the best place for a party over four, it seemed like a challenge to get a spot to be together for 9 of us. The hostess was very nice while we were waiting.
The atmosphere is sexy, service was professional. It fathomed me that you could not split a check – however this was the case at several Vegas restaurants and is not something I am accustomed to in the Midwest.

For apps, we tried the goat cheese balls and the pigs in a blanket. They looked fine, but the flavours were surprisingly basic. Honestly, I had better appetizers at the Cheesecake Factory earlier that day.
Service was just okay. It took a few minutes just to get water, and our server took quite a while to get to our table in general, which didn’t help the overall experience.
Pinky’s definitely delivers on the hype and aesthetic — and as a VPR and Beverly Hills fan, I fully understand the appeal — but I was hoping Lisa’s impeccable taste would shine through in the food, drinks, and service. We ended up skipping ordering anything else because it felt like a waste of money.

Our first night in Vegas we went to Pinky’s for late night drinks. Carlie was our server and did ok for the most part, she was tired. The drinks were good and strong. I had a long island ice tea, one cousin has a classic margarita with cosomigos, my other cousin had strawberry mocktail, I can’t recall the name. The esthetics was beautiful we will visit again.

Pinky’s is super glamorous and has such a fun atmosphere! The food was good, and it came beautifully presented. Our server gal was super sweet and attentive. They were short servers so the front dining area was closed. It’s arguably the most gorgeous part of the place! People still posed for photos there, though. I did not make a reservation because OpenTable showed several time slots available between 1-2pm when i knew we’d be arriving. When we arrived, the hostess was nice but told me it would be an hour wait because we didn’t have a reservation. It was 1:45 and i could make an opentable reservation for 2pm, I nicely explained this to her and She added us to the waitlist, and said it would be a “bit” as they were clearing off tables and we’re short servers. Magically, the hour wait turned to 15 minutes. We ordered several things for the table to share. All were delicious, except The Pinky’s burger. You could still taste the meat patty, as if it was too thick to get the flavor or the grill taste or seasoning in there. I recommend for a smaller patty size for a better flavor. Presentation, and toppings were good.
I was surprised they were not selling standard merch, however, it was a beautiful touch to have a photographer come around and take photos. I purchased a small photo book to commemorate the occasion. Regardless, of some of the notes, we still had good experience overall!

Wow, I’m so sad to see the ratings are kind of low here. Is it A bit overpriced? Yes. But everything was so beautiful so delicious. I mean it was just an incredible experience. I had the best drink I’ve ever had called Nic something lol and it was huge. My friend Friend got the espresso martini and yes, the presentation was 11 out of 10, but didn’t taste the best. But I really enjoyed all of the food we ordered!!! Highly recommend the sliders and The burger and the pool Apart bread!
