This is my beef bowl from Cafe Rio in Eastvale! This was my first time having Cafe Rio, and I’d remember seeing some of their logos around but I just never had the chance to try it out!!! We went right when they opened, so they didn’t have some meats ready yet, but I think I got a pretty solid choice with the beef! I actually downloaded the app and I was able to get a five dollar voucher which was nice! My total for my bowl was only $6.45, so slayyyy the meat was pretty good, it was a little basic in my opinion, but not superrr basic! There were some parts of the beef that were a bit burnt, but they gave me a pretty good portion of meat in my opinion because usually Chipotle would not give me this much meat in my bowl haha. I would say overall I would still pick Chipotle over this place because Chipotle has higher quality ingredients in my opinion, but Café Rio was still pretty good. The salsa verde was super delicious and honestly probably the best I have ever had anywhere on earth, which I liked a lot about this place! The workers were all very sweet and awesome!

I rated 2 because the soda station has mold where the ice dispenses. The customer service is amazing. But I’m concerned for the soda machine and how much more mold there is!!! Also paid 20.61 for nachos but it was basically just chips and shredded cheese.

It’s really no competition when it comes to Mexican fast food franchises, Cafe Rio just spanks all others. Chipotle this ain’t, and that’s a good thing. The portions and value here puts Chipotle to shame and the food quality is head and shoulders above the Del Bells and El Pollos. The drink bar also features cherry, lemon, and vanilla syrups for your drinks and I really appreciate the free Niño Quesadillas for the kids! Specifically, this location is staffed with friendly personalities and appears to be well maintained. Wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’ve got a craving for Mexican cuisine. My only complaint is that it’s not closer to home. A+

Finally got to stop by this location after it opened a few days ago. The food was really good and I was empressed how they were making everything fresh infront of you even the flour tortillas. I got the pork burrito which was very good. I highly recommend this location for alternatives to Chipotle.

Bowles, quesadillas, tacos to freaking wet burritos. I ordered a bowl with chicken asada along with the tortilla soup which was bomb. There variety of fresh drinks is a plus. Will come back! Shout out to the staff for being friendly and welcoming.

My experience was good overall. This place is a good alternative to Chipotle, but they do things differently. For one they don’t stuff everything into one burrito but have it as a side and you have the option of making a wet burrito.
Wasn’t really impressed with their guac.. could use a little bit more salt and the food price was kinda of on the expensive side. Other than that they offered variety of hot sauces. Overall it was good.

Had a bad experience the one and only time I came. Came right when they opened. Food and order weren’t right. Thought I’d give it another chance…silly me!!
Craved a burrito bowl (tortilla on bottom, opened with toppings all over). Got there, asked for a burrito bowl, was literally told “I can’t do that. I can make it a salad.”
WTH is that?! Can’t make a simple bowl??? Even worse, I had TWO customers in front of me order the exact style I wanted but I was told no!
So here i am with a bowl of toppings with salad on top and a torilla on the side….how dumb! I’m very disappointed on how they did me wrong

Terrible service and food is bland ! I walked in right as they opened, they clearly weren’t ready. When finally asked if I needed help I just said I wanted queso. She went to get the girl making the food and she shrugged her shoulders saying “I still have one minute” she came over touching her face and mask that didn’t cover her nose and then put on gloves. She told me the queso wasn’t ready. Two customers waited behind me. I told her the clocks were behind and she said “yeah they are.” She finally slapped my queso in a bowl spilling out of the side. While she was taking other customers she kept touching her mask WITH the gloves. It was gross. My total was almost $7 and the chips taste like old cardboard. I will not be returning. And won’t recommend this super spreader.
