Stopped by on the way to Long Beach when I got hungry. This place is mainly a to-go restaurant—food is served in takeout containers, and there are just a few simple outdoor tables (like the kind you’d see at a park). At the counter, they asked if I wanted takeout or to eat there, and I chose to eat on-site.
I ordered a lobster sandwich, pasta, and a few other items. The taste was decent and enjoyable overall. The interior of the restaurant was nothing special, but the staff were friendly and kind.

I got the fried flounder sandwich and my husband got the crab cake sandwich. Both were very good. I rated it #3 because the tables were outside and even though it was evening with the sun setting, it was still hot out there. Everything else was great though! The staff every friendly and accommodating.

Been coming here for over 20 yrs with my daughter for the lobster bisque. Never had any issues, this yr we’re told they no longer sale it till after 4. The quality and portion size of the other stuff has also gone downhill. This will unfortunately be our last yr coming here. Our recent trip no bisque, and 46$ for 2 little crab cakes, and a small order of clam strips that were mostly batter. Ever the service was not what it use to be.

Food is great, love the fried shrimp and can never go wrong with the jambalaya. Has just the right amount of spice. My issue is the wait times. I get it might take a long while to get my food, but its clear some items sit longer than others. This is not good when it comes to fries. They should put fresh fries in when your order is ready.

My 9 year old and I went to pinky’s the other night. We opted to order and take back to our motel. I ordered catfish New Orleans, house Caesar salad & my daughter ordered the chicken little meal. Everything was so good. The meals are large and filling, we saved half for the next day. Everyone at Pinky’s was very kind, they were fast without making me feel rushed. We will be back!!

A dive but the food is great. Order ahead or there will be a long line. All carryout but there are some picnic tables outside. Limited menu but everything is delicious. Good size portions, even the small salad isn’t really small. Not cheap but not overpriced… about $30 to $35 per person for a great meal and probably some leftovers too.

I did a quick google search for restaurants near me and this turned out. Thank you to my fellow guides for pointing me in the direction of this great little place. I had a Cod Sandwich and Manhattan Clam Chowder and the were both amazing. I ate out on picknick tables in the driveway but that seemed to enhance the charm as they were far enough from the road that you did not hear the cars. I’d go back if I found myself in the area.

Love Pinky’s have been coming here for many years. Highlights for me are the wicked shrimp, fish kebabs, & the lobster salad roll. I will say this year seems a little off. The chowder was gritty and the last time I was here they were out of lobster salad. Overall still love it and will be back!

The food was absolutely wonderful! Fresh and tasty. The prices were a bit high but that’s to be expected on Long Beach Island. If you’re going to eat seafood at the New Jersey shore, you should expect to pay prices for the atmosphere. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent food.

Disappointed with the Bangin Bonito Burrito (rice was over cooked, “all the trimmings” were a joke. And fish was ice cold in center) and Frankie’s Famous Fish Kebobs, swordfish was overcooked and should have been thrown away the previous day. It tasted as if it had gone off. Did not finish obviously. Also ordered two lobsters. They were good. In fact they were the highlight of the meal. This place obviously was amazing at one point, it’s just that that time is long gone.
