Pinky Promise Bar is hands down the best cocktail spot in the area (and i’ve tried most of them in Hendersonville, and Asheville). Their menu changes seasonally, so there’s always something new, creative, and completely unexpected to try. Think wild flavor combinations like tomato foam, Japanese whiskey, mushrooms, jackfruit matcha, and Mexican pear — just to name a few. Every drink feels like a little work of art (and rumor has it, the owner keeps a stash of secret ingredients that make the cocktails extra magical).The vibe is funky and laid-back, with a fantastic crowd and a bartender/owner who’s as talented as they are attentive. Whether you’re into adventurous flavors or just want a perfectly balanced classic, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good cocktail with personality.

It’s a refreshing blast of cool, quirk, glitzy, and kitsch. Something Main Street in Hendersonville desperately needed. The cocktails are crafted to absolute perfection. Timmie, the owner/craft cocktail extraordinaire, was awesome…she was popping out these amazing cocktails, making it look so simple! She has a very fun, outgoing personality…the kind of person who never meets a stranger! The vibe is fun, playful, and chill…yes chill can hang out with fun & playful. This is a must-try. The cocktails are unique and not too sweet like a lot of places. The staff is so friendly and the owner is working hard behind the bar. The decor is really cool, and it reminds me of being in the big city a little bit. Hendersonville needed a great cocktail bar, and pinky promise definitely delivers! Not to mention even the hot dogs were delicious. This will for sure be a new regular spot for me.

Pinky Promise is almost too good for Hendersonville. It’s 21+ (bless them), so you won’t find toddlers wobbling around the bar—apparently a common thing in NC. The mixologist is completely hands-on, and every cocktail is thoughtfully crafted, worth every penny, and guaranteed to be a unique experience. She has a real gift for balancing sweet and savory in ways that just work.
They’ve rolled out an entirely new holiday menu, and it does not disappoint. Move over, Miracle Bar—these drinks are actually delicious. The décor feels like stepping into someone’s wildly creative imagination, the seating is comfy, and the space is cozy without being chaotic.
