This is my 2nd time having Pink Garlic. Called in my order and was told 20 mins., to my shock and delight. Super quick, friendly customer service. I got the mango lassi, saag aloo, chicken wings, mix starter, and garlic naan. Saag aloo mild++ was the star of it all. So flavorful. Loved the vegetable Samoa and skewered tandoori chicken pieces which stayed moist even after reheat next day. I liked the onion bhaaji but would have been better with mint dipping sauce (which was missing). I expected baked not fried wings but they were good also. Very pleased overall and can’t recommend enough.

Great hole in the wall not the typical mediocre Indian food that is in the Metro Detroit Area! Not one bad dish ordered. Love the spice levels because it is ACTUALLY spicy!

OK…so I ate here last night and I’m still licking the plate! this was some seriously good food. I live in Oak Park and am trying my way around local restaurants and this did not disappoint. I had the Onion Bhaaji, meat samosa, Pink Garlic Special Biryani, Lamb Tikka Masala and Garlic and Cheese Nan. Everything was piping hot, bagged and presented nicely. Truly enjoyed everything, spiced just right, the lamb was so tender you could cut it with a fork. I had never had Onion Bhaaji before and it’s my new favorite. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly while I waited for my order. Excited to try more things on the menu!

The Best Indian takeout, and dont take it from me, all my Indian freinds highly recommended this place to our family. We have ordered this a few times and every time it tastes great! Consistency is key with takeout and these folks deliver. I wish i had more time to share more about my experience with Pink garlic so I will just have to do another update sometime!

This establishment was A1. The cuisine is flavorful and eye catching. Being fairly new to Indian cuisine I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. I got the Chicken Jalfrezi which was delicious. I got the medium spicy which is actually hot, so be cautious there. Otherwise the food is great. I will most definitely be back

Was so excited to try this place, based on the reviews. But, I don’t know how this place gets almost 5 stars. Dry rice-how do you mess up rice as an Indian place?? Undercooked/flavorless naan and ‘medium’ spice butter chicken that was too spicy to eat! I love spicy food, as long as it’s spicy for flavor, not just the sake of being spicy. Even the 2L of Coke was expired! I asked for some cups for the Coke-and the cups had dirt in them! Once I saw that, I just threw everything away. I had lost my appetite. And, Indian food is not cheap, so what a waste of money. On top of that, no parking in their tiny parking lot, no dine in option, and they’re not prepared with tableware for their customers to take-since they don’t have dine in. I love Indian food, and I know of a lot of places that are pretty good, but this place is awful. Some of the worst Indian food I have ever had. AVOID!

We received a random suggestion while having drinks at Uncommon brewery. We decided to order in person since we never had Indian food before. We split a rice and chicken dish and 2 meat Samoas. It was delicious. We ate it for dinner then breakfast-2 adults who can put it away. The food was very hot and fresh and and although it did have some heat to it it was very flavorful. This was a great suggestion compared to the typical burgers and pizza on a Saturday night.

Hella long wait but completely worth it. Was told 60-70 mins, was actually 90 mins. Luckily the food was fantastic. The Tiger Shrimp Pura was tender and so flavorful. Their Chicken Kahari, oh my god amazing. Spicy but so good. We also tried their Naan, loved the bread it was a great addition, I couldn’t stop eating it. Tikka Masala was also good.

Pink Garlic is my new go to take out spot! When I called in my order, they estimated it would be a bit of a wait, but called me when my order was ready far ahead of time. Despite it being a busy weekend, the employees took the time to tell me about the history of the family-run business. The saag paneer was creamy and flavorful, the biryani was out of this world and the samosas and veggie pakora were the perfect appetizers. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
