A hidden gem in Miami. Such a cool intimate vibe, staff is attentive but not overbearing. Food is excellent. Also it’s a BYOB and has a cool art gallery attached. Will for sure be back!

I visit the place and I was excited about the flavor to every dish. The Servis was amazing knowing the menu and explained everything about it and about the music also the vibe was what was necessary for the place! Totally recommended!
Good job guys

I had high expectations coming here and I don’t think they delivered. When we got there, the waitress wasn’t sure about the menu. It didn’t seem like she was new either. The fried ceviche balls didn’t have avocado like the pictures. They tasted good but not worth $17 and incredibly small. The crispy shrimp was my favorite and it tastes great. The lomo saltado did not bring rice and was $35. There’s a photo on here where it brought rice so I’m not sure what happened there, I’ve never had lomo saltado that did not bring rice. I asked and the waitress said it didn’t bring rice. There were maybe 10 small pieces of meat and a whole plate of fries. It was quality meat so I’ll give them that.

All in all and $95 later, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

WORST EXPRECIENCE EVER! They literally did t had a THING of the menu available. The waitress didn’t even knew her name (she didn’t even knew what she had available) we order a small peregrino and a “beer” and what he had was a seltzer of cherry !!! We paid 20 dollars for that SO RIDICULOUS!!! I never in my life experience such a bad experiences ! Is HORRIBLE THIS PLACE DONT EVENT WAIST YOUR TIME. And yes here is a pic of the “beer” H – O – R -R – I- B – L – E. What a waist of place is so beautiful but sucks

I am from Chicago where there are many great steak and ethnic restaurants so when I visit Miami I want a unique experience with excellent food! I love the Pink Dolphin because it delivers really tasty fusion Japanese Peruvian food from a food truck! I loved the bright pink patio and the adjacent art gallery! And, I did have a drink in the hidden VIP bar which had the movie Casablanca theme! I am going to celebrate my March birthday in Lauderdale and am planning to have my birthday dinner at the Pink Dolphin! That’s how much I enjoyed the atmosphere and food!

I live nearby and visited Pink Dolphin out of curiosity, having noticed that they were open for business. My friend and I were more than pleasantly surprised – the menu and presentation is vibrant and creative, and the dishes themselves are delicious. The Fried Ceviche is a must; the rolls and ceviches (not fried) are excellent. The indoor gallery/dining room is lovely, but I especially love the outdoor patio, even in the summer heat. Looking forward to returning for another meal and exploring more of the menu.

Absolute nightmare experience. My wife is celiac/gluten-free, which she communicated when making the reservation. When we arrived, because the restaurant had a private event unbeknownst to us, they presented us an abbreviated menu that had almost no gluten-free items any longer. The entrees came out one at a time, and before the appetizers. The staff was clueless. It doesn’t say anywhere that it is BYOB on the website. But, we received a text about it. We asked over text if they had mixers and they said yes. But, when we arrived, no tonic and no ginger ale for the tequila we brought. We met the hot shot landlord, who had a passing interest in resolving our issues, but ultimately, was just insulting.
