This place is absolutely amazing. I’ll admit, I’m an “omnivore” and used to be very skeptical of vegan food. Pingala has singlehandedly encouraged me to reduce my meat intake by showing me how great vegan food can be. The servers are also SO friendly. It’s also a cool vibe inside. Delicious! I am not a vegetarian or vegan, though try to eat healthy. My wife and I both got wraps, which were fantastic and filling. The dumplings were fresh and delicious and essentially come with a salad. Their side sauces are top notch. Pleasant service.

We were so excited to see Pingala has a second location. The food truck set up inside is clever and cute. We also loved the local artist section in the back and we’re excited to bring a piece home. We stopped in for breakfast to fuel us for a day of snowboarding at Bolton. As before the smoothie was incredible and we grabbed some pastries to go for special snacks on the mountain.

My husband and I are here while visiting Burlington. What a great restaurant. My husband had the CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME, I had the BUFFALO MAC crunchwrap. We shared them and they were both so delicious. My favorite was the buffalo mac crunchwrap. We also had a smoothie. It was delicious as well.

I don’t think I’ve ever given any vegan restaurant lower than 5 stars. I’m always just so thankful for a vegan place. But…
The food was just not 5 stars but I can forgive that. I mean at least I have a whole menu to choose from! However, the service was terrible. I’ve never met grumpier people. No hello when we entered. No goodbye when we left saying thank you. No “enjoy” when our food was brought to the table; she didn’t even tell us which wrap was which wrap. The entire time it felt hostile. Yikes. Wouldn’t go back sadly. Good luck

Great vegan option for peeps! Had the nuggets (their ketchup was the best) dumplings (even better with their peanut sauce) and the bowl (was okay wouldn’t do again though).

I just went to eat there today and it was disappointed. The vegan cheese dip was similar to carrot puree and quite flavorless. The food was very bland. The smoothies were the saving grace.

Behind the doors of that bright red food truck parked inside the cafe are a bunch of young chefs creating out-of-this-world delicious food! The vegan Caesar bowl and blueberry apple muffin are absolute top shelf items. This is vegan food done really well.

Great spot! The maple latte and croissant were excellent. The food was pretty good overall, although a little lacking in flavor for my taste. Portions were quite filling. The staff was friendly. Overall, it was a lovely experience!
