Sweet and sour pork dinner literally had very small specks of carrot, bell pepper and pineapple even though these are in the description of the meal. To be exact two of each. The pork was tender and plentiful. Never got a roll. Waited a long time for service. Many take out orders which took away wait staff. Pork dumplings were very good.

I got sweet and sour chicken. It was horrible. The sauce was not good. I took 1 bite and had to spit it out in my napkin. The chicken was like rubber. I was offered another option but declined. Instead of charging me for the soup and egg roll that I did have, I was charged almost 18.00. The egg drop soup was good. The egg roll was tasteless and the plum sauce was not good either. I do not recommend this restaurant and definitely will not go back there.

I know it’s New Year’s Eve… but I ordered food at 5:05pm and they quoted me 15-20 minutes. Cool. We sat there… over 2 hours after I placed the order, we left. They said “no! 10 more minutes” after saying it would be out “soon” over the past 2 hours. Meanwhile, they were still quoting take out orders at 15-20 minutes. It’s 7:30pm and they just called to say it’s ready. I said no, explaining why this was insanity and she said “oh”. We love their egg rolls and otherwise have had good experiences with this place. But this is crazy. Horrible customer service. Again, I get it’s NYE, but a little honesty goes a long way. So no NYE dinner for our family.

Ordered carry out. Staff was friendly, interior looked nice and cozy. The food was lackluster. Fried rice was dry and clumpy, hardly any flavor. I can’t justify spending $40 plus on two dinners when it’s that underwhelming. I ordered the Mongolian beef. Razor thin beef cuts with disproportionate pepper and onions. My wife had the sesame chicken, and she enjoyed that, so I wish I selected differently. I don’t believe we’ll be ordering again any time soon unfortunately.

The lady today was very nice, I am from out of town and she made me feel very welcomed and the food is beyond delicious. The portion size was amazing. Love this place.

Grateful for the option to dine inside at a Chinese restaurant. For a long time this was take-out only. Comparing with the other local Chinese restaurants this place fell in the middle for taste. The portions are huge. The servers were friendly.
The ambiance is real nice with old-school red booths and various Chinese-themed decorations. There is an old phone out in the lobby bringing more charm to the environment.
We will be back…we won’t ‘run’ back but we will definitely return.

I have been coming to Ping On for at least a decade. Best in town! The food is always hot and fresh, I don’t care how long the wait may be-always worth it. The portion sizes are huge! The sesame chicken meal will be three servings of food, the chicken is still crispy even with the sauce on it. The wonton soup has the best flavor, the broth is so flavorful, there is definitely a more noodle to filling ratio. The rice is always perfectly cooked. I know it may sound strange, but even my cats love the white rice, they see us come in with the take out bags and can’t wait for rice!

A little expensive for Chinese food about 30% more than you pay at other places but the quality is definitely better.
I get the general tso chicken or the sesame chicken and the chicken isn’t stringy like some other places and seems to be big chunks of white meat. Breading is good even though it comes off kinda easily. The sauce is more tangy then it is sweet or hot like some other places.

I called in a takeout order and asked for duck sauce, and the lady on the phone snapped at me for asking. When I got home, the Duck Sauce that I asked for spilled all over the bottom of the bag because the lid was not properly placed on it. The shrimp fried rice that I ordered was mushy and overcooked.
I will not return.

I enjoy a quiet restaurant and this little place delivers. Decor is a little outdated and the music nice and slow. The food on the other hand is bland and has the same favor, I suspect. That is Douse in soy sauce. I ordered Kao Pao chicken and sauzen chicken and tasted exactly the same. Could not finish it and for first time, I did not take left overs. Egg rolls and egg drop soup was okay.
