They do GOOD business here. Lots of people, food came out fast!! Like literally 10 minutes max. Got three tacos, steak, chicken and al pastor. GET THE AL PASTOR IT IS THE BEST!! If they don’t overcook the tortilla chips (sometimes happens) then they are amazing chips. The workers are good people. Thank you Pineda!

I walked in not sure what to order. Right away I noticed a sign $13.99 for a chimichanga with chips free soda! Hopped on it. The food was a welcoming sight. Presented well with avocado and cream. Nobody serves cream. I eat cream every day! The salsa bar was tip top. The atmosphere TVs everywhere families dining. It was a Tuesday around 6.30pm I was just happy to eat. Food was delicious. Most definitely going to be coming back regularly!

This little Mexican spot in Minneapolis absolutely blew me away. One bite and I was instantly transported back home. The carne asada was perfectly grilled — juicy, smoky, and full of flavor. And listen… my dad always says you can judge a restaurant by their refried beans, and these were next level — creamy, rich, and topped with just the right amount of melty cheese. The rice was super flavorful too, not bland at all. Everything came with warm corn tortillas, a grilled jalapeño, and a salsa that actually brought the heat (the way it should).
If you’re craving real, authentic mom-and-pop Mexican food, this is the spot. No shortcuts, just straight comfort and flavor. I’ll definitely be back while I’m in Minnesota.

Crazy good food and service! There are lots of great, customizable menu items. The food is hot and delicious, and there is plenty of seating. They are open until 11, too. The servers are friendly, and had no issue with my special order. The food was fresh, and despite being fairly busy, was up pretty quickly. The inside is really nice, as well. Great atmosphere, without being overbearing.

We ordered take out and picked up. It is good price to value. It was easy to get parking on the street for quick pickup. We got two burritos and chips with guacamole. It was easy to find pickup locations and went quickly. The have a nice salsa bar with large variety, all that we tried were good. Corn salsa with the guacamole was great combination. They had a good level of heat for both me who loves spice and my partner who likes things a bit more mild.
I would go back, it is quick, easy, and good price. I think it is a simple date spot.

This place is so bomb. I was looking to get some more authentic Mexican food and this place serves it up! Everything was made fresh. All their meats were so good! Al Pastor, Chipotle Pollo, Asada. And I loved that they even have a self-serve salsa bar with a variety of salsa and toppings to choose from. Although it’s a little pricey (RIP $1 LA street tacos), it’s so worth it. Gonna be a regular for me.
