We (3) ordered the $9.99 burger special. All our fries were cold and rubbery. We kept our burgers while we got new ones. My burger had a wet and soggy bottom,like frozen and unthawing. The lettuce was cold from the bun.The bacon was warm next to burger,but cold hanging out. I just removed the bottom because the burger tasted OK. The new fries took forever to come. We were ready to leave when they did. There were many complaints from customers returning food, even seen people leave. Our waitress was apologizing. It should have been the cook and manager.

Would not recommend this location to someone planning on taking the family out for dinner really bad service on food and everything better off going maple grove manager needs to change he can care less about service or the food there send out as long the check hit the bank account.

The waitress/service was very good. The food was prepared fast, but when my appetizer of wings came I bit into one of the wings and it changed my whole appetite. I then told and showed my waitress what the chicken looked like and she took it back to show a manager the manager then came over and talked to me saying that he was certain it was a vein. I told him I almost threw up when I bit into it and I had to have someone else in my group look at it and they even told me it looked nothing like a vein the manager then ensured me they would make it right and would give a discount on the wings. When I got the check after sitting in the bathroom for 15 min the only discount I was given was for 0.37 cents. This is what the chicken looked like —>

I ordered a curb pick up meal. I sat outside for a few min. I had never done it before. Saw three employees make eye contact with me, with no response of any kind. Called the number and someone answered. I watched him pick up a bag that had been sitting there the whole time and give it to me. The food was very minimal, I had got the same thing in-store and it was double the size. It was also not warm because it had been sitting for 5 min already. Not impressed.

Applebees is a great place! The food is usually good, although they’ve been wimping out on wing sauce lately to the point they’re just chicken bites when I order wings. My go to restaurant. Staff is friendly and restaurant clean for most part.

My alcohol drink tasted like water and syrup. I told the waiter to bring it back to the bartender. Then the bartender came up to me very rudely and told me he made the drink him self. I told him it tastes like water and syrup. He said there’s no syrup. And I said okay but I don’t taste any alcohol. He gave me an attitude. I never experience something like this. Usually the bartender would just remake it. But barely took 3 sips. The alcohol is already expensive as is. There was no reason for him to be this rude. Let’s just say I will not be going to this apple bees anymore.

What a delightful experience. It was not too busy when we dined there between 5-5:30pm.. Our server was nice and friendly.. the other servers seemed to be nice and friendly as well , the manager was too.. I enjoyed eating my French Onion soup and garlic/parmesan chicken chunks.. my overall opinion would be to go here and enjoy a warm, wonderful experience with good food to fill the belly..
Sidenote- I have been here and a couple of other Applebee’s and the Chicken Wonton Tacos are sooo tasty..

We ordered the riblet platter, the riblets tasted like a DIRTY grill. Two other times we ate there, we ordered burgers that also tasted like a nasty dirty grill. We won’t be back.

The food was quite good. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and I liked it very much. The taco salad was alright. The decor is outdated and the restaurant is not very clean, being as many things were dusty and clearly have not been given attention for some time. The setup has not changed for many years. Although, the server we had was very kind and gave the appropriate amount of attention. It wasn’t very crowded, but the music was a bit too loud. They do require reservations, although it’s not necessary on days that aren’t busy.
