Wow very disappointing with this pinecrest location. Normally they’re all pretty good but this one just lacks leadership, quality and the overall Pinecrest Bakery consistency. Had to return the food several times because it was cold or not properly cooked. They were all lost at the register and couldn’t figure things out. We should’ve turned into a 30 minute breakfast turned into almost an hour and a half ordeal. Who’s a picture of a cheese Colombian empanada without any cheese in it. The cheesecake came frozen

after being so excited for this place to open, wow, very disappointed! dont eat here. the photos speak for themselves. I ordered a sunshine wrap and it was just soaked in grease and the only reason I didn’t take it back is because I was on my lunch break and had a limited time. I even tried to eat it anyways and couldn’t even get through half. so I would definitely not come back and you shouldn’t either. a waste of time and money- two things I can’t get back. thanks for nothing.

Been here several times and enjoy the media noche, however they need to balance the sandwich better. It’s not a ham sandwich it’s a media noche which means, it should have roast pork. Last sandwich I got had little to no roast pork. It literally was a ham and Swiss cheese sandwich

Great experience as usual! Great customer service. They remember how I take my coffee. Food always fresh. Ladies that take order super friendly and fast! Super clean , specially the bathroom – it has a great wallpaper about Cuban cultural sayings. Very nice touch , always brings a smile when I use the restroom!

Such a great event !!! Love this bakery. Pastelitos are amazing. They have so much more variety than other bakeries. They have whole piernas. Pan de gloria all kinds of yummy things. They had a really fun pop up evet featuring Pin pan pollo and the burger beast.

Horrible. I work next to a pinecrest bakery thats so delicious. I went here expecting the same food quality and it was gross! I had to return food it was burnt and tasted old. The Croquetas were burned and dry inside. The pastelito de carne the meat had a bitter taste. I took a bite and spit it right out. I will never return or recommend this location to anyone. I’ll stick to the one I work next to.

Food kept coming out wrong. Asked for BLT, no turkey, since that was how it was listed on the menu. Since when does that come in a roll w chopped lettuce, tomato,onions, AND cheese, with NO mayo? Also, asked for a simple ham and cheese on a tostada. They kept trying to give me a media noche. I had to return it since it was drowned in mustard, which I specifically told them I did not want. Oh, and they put sugar in none of the coffees. Never had colada or cafe con Leche that came w no sugar unless specifically requested. Worst Pinecrest Bakery I’ve ever been to. Find another to go to bc the workers act like you dont know what you asked for whether you spoke it in Spanish or English. Bad attitudes.
