In a quaint little nook where the pizzas are spun,
A story of flavor unfolds one by one.
The cheese pizza glows with its golden embrace,
Each bite melts the heart it’s the pride of the place.
But wander beyond to their other displays,
And the magic begins to slightly fade away.
Those pies are just fine neither awful nor grand,
A taste rather plain, like neutral sand.
The service feels warm, the setting is fair,
Yet nothing outshines that cheese beyond compare.
Three stars, I’d say, for this pizza domain
For the cheese, go ahead; for the rest, refrain.

The thick crust, alas, was far from the best.
Too dense, too doughy, it failed to excite,
A heavy mistake, no joy in that bite.
And though the cauliflower crust caught my eye,
Its promise was fleeting it burned, left me dry.
A poor substitution I wouldn’t repeat,
Lesson now learned stick to the cheese treat.

Check your receipt before paying. The $28.99 one Signature pizza + one 1-topping pizza was $30.09 on the receipt. I told the cashier the amount needed to be corrected. She responded, “that is the way it comes up in our system. It is an IT issue and I cannot do anything about it” I asked to speak with a manager. She replied, “I am the manager” I walked out and left the pizzas on the counter.
I checked the $40 Yoshi deal. It is $40.50.
This is not the first time I have noticed a “deal” costing more than advertised. However, the manager or waiter has always corrected the amount in the past.
It is illegal to advertise one price and charge another!
I went up the road to Marcos and had a wonderful experience. Waiter changed my order slightly so he could apply a $13 coupon. And I didn’t even ask!

I believe I’ve left a review another time as well. I still say it’s the best Donatos I’ve been in. I’m talking food quality, service quality and all around just great customer service.
Amber and the team, I wish I knew everyone’s name, all do an amazing job.
However I have one complaint that is a complaint I imagine others have as well. The new automated system when I called was terrible. I was annunciating very well and speaking as clear as possible but it still wouldn’t get it all right. I genuinely gave it a try but after awhile I realized, that with a person, I’d have been done and off the phone in half the time at least. I wasn’t even as pleased with the call center feel when I talked to a person. It all just took a lot longer and was frustrating.
But I’ll still keep coming here for sure due to the great service and food quality. If it means bypassing the phone call and ordering when I get there, I’m cool with that. But please don’t go automated with ordering pizza. I foresee a lot of orders being wrong if it continues.

The 3rd party delivery service they use to deliver pizza, does not have the ability to keep the pizza hot. There is no tamper resistant sticker either. Last 2 times I have ordered from here pizza was luke warm and box looks like it took a tumble in the vehicle floor. Do better!

The manager is beyond rude first off ! I called to explain our pizza had pizza sauce on top of a cooked pizza. Who would want that ? Cold pizza sauce cause on top of a pizza well of course so she immediately started being rude as if I was trying to get food for FREE. I told her I will bring it back but my children was about to nap. who wants a pizza with pizza sauce on top of a cooked pizza I will bring it back when they wake up. She tried to tell me to come now. I really hate the disrespect given to us (black ) people these days. . Yes I feel she was being that way because I’m black. It was complete ignorance. Below is a picture of the pizza I just received.

I’m am not sure why they cannot seem to get my order right ever. I always order pepperoni add mariachi spice. They never put it on there ever. I always ask for extra sauce because if I wanted breadsticks I would order bread sticks! I’m tired of calling and complaining. Will not order from this location anymore thanks for the dry pizza and no mariachi spice!

Waited at window 15 mints. Order for simple large pepperoni pizza 22 minutes late with a simple sorry, ma’am. Going elsewhere!

Pizza is pretty good here but very expensive compared to other places I purchase 2 pizzas and bread sticks wings and a 2 liter with 8 sauce cups 85$.
The sauce cups were less than half full. I informed the manager on staff and showed her how I made 4 sauces not even full with the 8 that they gave me. She was extremely rude said that I can’t just combine sauces and say I need more. I explained that the small sauce cups provided were less than half full and they cost almost 2$ each I expect them to be full. She said that they go by weight what I received was correct and if I didn’t like it to call corporate.
Again I mixed them and made 4 sauces I’m not even saying like maxed out cups like average looking sauce cups that’s how little they put in there and I paid almost 2$ each for 8 hand to the face. I was so pissed I said just refund my order then I’ll go somewhere else they said they don’t do refunds.
I called corporate about it this store has lost my business. It’s outrageous that I spend 85$ and they can’t even give me full cups of marinara. Rude management, no customer service whatsoever. I’ll take my money elsewhere for now on you guys have lost a customer.
