Pine Pointe Bar & Grill/Resort & Campground is a full service resort on the beautiful shores of Lake Alice in Tomahawk, WI. The Bar & Grill offers a great atmosphere and great food! Enjoy homemade pizza, hand pattied, char grilled hamburgers, house smoked BBQ and an array of craft beers all while taking in the beautiful views of Lake Alice. It doesn’t matter if you’re sitting inside our out, you will always see the lake. Pine Pointe Resort is on the UTV/ATV/Snowmobile route and if you choose to visit us by boat, we have several slips right out front for our customers. We had a party of six. The food was good and good portions of the fish fry. Ended up being there on a Friday and was disappointed that a lot of the things on the menu, particularly all burgers and pizzas and some sandwiches were not available on Friday. This is unfortunate as it seemed that the restaurant was only half full at 6:00 p.m. when we showed up. Even half full the place is noisy. There was a large group of people around a table in the middle of the bar that were very loud and that carried throughout the entire restaurant space. It made conversation at our table a little difficult. As I said the booths behind us were completely empty. The bar was full. We lost our waitress for a little bit and almost ended up going to the bar for our own drinks. Not sure why they couldn’t provide glasses or cups of water but had to sell us bottles instead. They’re also out of a few menu items as well like bluegill for the fish option.

Fish is delicious. The coleslaw is the best we have had. The tarter sauce is amazing. The potato pancakes were outstanding. The potato salad was great. Make sure to add Pine Pointe to your Friday fish fry plans.

We had fish here, the portions are huge and some of the best fish I’ve ever had. The coleslaw was something I’ve never had before and I absolutely loved it.
The bartender made us hand muddled old fashions.
We tried their gouda bites I would highly recommend them.
We enjoyed their food so much we came back 2 weeks later and drove 2 hours. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had the Nutkee Club melt. The amount of product they put on the sandwich is insane! The Smoky flavor, piled high with bacon, turkey, and ham. He enjoyed it so much we are getting two to go so that we can have some for work next week! Definitely a busy place but our wait time was not long.
I highly recommend giving them a try!

We didn’t camp here but we did use the beach.
The beach is nice,but if they get busy it may be a little tight.
This doesn’t reflect on the resort but we recommend water shoes.
There are rocks and other items in the water to look out for.
The food is very good. Bring your appetite because you get a lot of food for your money. The burgers are big and the flat fries are good. We had 3 different burgers and fries and they were delicious.
Now please note the was ordered for our grandchildren. They are 6 and 4 and they just wanted chicken strips.
We ordered the combo appetizer plate.
It was a meal in itself.
4 strips,onions strings, cheese curds, and fries.
I didn’t order a burger for myself but I had enough leftovers for a full meal.
We also had 3 margaritas that I was told were very good.
The 6 of us say give the resort a try if your in the area.

Had the pine point burger. The best burger I ever had! Juicy delicious and fantastic composition of barbecue aïoli, onion rings, brioche bun… It was perfect! And the fries crisp and well seasoned! The atmosphere is clean, cozy and fun! The staff is so friendly and it was a fantastic visit overall! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I walked in around 2:30 on a Friday. We were met with a cute pup, and super friendly bartender and patrons. We had to wait a bit before the kitchen opened so we ordered a couple drinks. The drinks alone (I had an old-fashioned) were note-worthy. For food, I had a baked haddock and my husband had a haddock fish fry with fries as a side. Best fish fry I’ve had in a long time! Amazing! My husband LOVED the Apple coleslaw and would’ve bought a container of it to take home if available. Highly recommend for service, drinks, and food!
