Simple diner fare but tasty; actually one of my favorite places I’ve gotten chicken fried steak in a while (see picture). Also came with American fries which I love and don’t seem to see as often anywhere anymore. Good sized portions for good prices; the Sunday we went it was breakfast only all day but there was a lot to choose from. The wife had a sausage and cheese scramble that she couldn’t even finish, she was so full.
It’s just a little tiny place tucked back off the road so it might be easy to miss but worth finding. We’ll stop in again next time we’re in the area.

The drive to get here was worth it. A hidden gem of deliciousness, Pine Lake Diner is a must try for anyone. We had breakfast and will definitely return. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing.

I grabbed breakfast here the other day with two of my kids. Of course, the kids spilled a whole glass of orange juice right after seating. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The food was awesome (I got the Eggs Benedict). Will be back.

Not bad for a small local diner (these are our favorite places to eat). Food was good, nice portions, restaurant and restroom were clean. Service was a bit slow (they could really use two servers but I’m guessing help is hard to find) but both the server and chef did an outstanding job considering the place was packed. I had the steak and eggs. Steak was cooked correctly, I always ask for very rare and it was. The steak was tender and seasoned nicely. My wife had the Lumberjack Breakfast. Wow, lots of food, eggs, bacon sausage, fried potatoes and she really liked the huge pancake. An out of the way drive for us but we’ll go back for more. The table behind us had a giant gravy smothered burrito that I need to try.
