This is the 3rd time I’ve tried this place to give it a fair shot. I placed an online order for plain wings with sauce on the side, chili cheese fries, and a margarita pizza. For a $16 pizza, it was very small and bland with no flavor. And it was cold when I live 2 minutes away. The fries were $11, the box was 1/3 full with the chili and cheese sauce on the side. Again, chili was bland, the fries were soggy. The wings were ok but had no flavor. For naked wings there could’ve been some salt or something on them. I’ve tried different items each time I’ve been here and the food is not worth the price. Long waits the times we ate inside. Not to mention, this time, my order was supposed to be ready at 1 pm and I didn’t walk out with it until 145. It was not very busy in there with some patrons at the bar and two tables with people. The only gesture for the long wait was a $5 off DoorDash coupon that was put in the bag. Probably not going to return.

We’ve been a few times now and both times had great experiences! The food is delicious and the herb fries are awesome. Both times we got the cornbread with honey butter and it is to die for. Last time we tried the prosciutto, fig & goat cheese pizza and it was so yummy! The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming and the staff is very friendly! Plus you really can’t beat 4$ margaritas on Tuesdays!

From the warm, wood setting to the teeny salt and pepper shakers, this place was a total delight. Bethany took great care of us and made sure our beverages were always full and our meal was tasty. We enjoyed Pizza, wings, a prime rib Sammie, and chicken and waffles. It was all so flavorful and well cooked. The herb fries were my favorite and a must-have. They are a great balance of flavorful and light, perfectly crisp fries.

I have been coming here on a regular basis since pine house has opened and have had good experiences each time, but unfortunately those experiences have gotten worse over time. The owner is very nice, but unfortunately the staff will be the downfall of this restaurant. Being 1 of the only tables in the restaurant and 1 person at the bar I would have expected a rather quick service, but I was far from wrong. The appetizer came out quick, and one of the entrees came out 20 minutes after. It took almost 40 minutes after the first entree for the last 2 entrees to come out (over an hour after ordering). The wings had a weird texture and the steak was a rib eye instead of a new York strip like was ordered. The steak was also cold and well done rather than medium rare. The “loaded” potato’s were not made per the menu and only had cheese. No complaints were made at the restaurant because our time had already been wasted waiting so long. There were no apologies from the staff for the wait, (I even had to ask where the other entrees were so there was no intention of letting us know there was an issue and all we got was “they will be out soon”). I will not being going back, good luck to the owner, hopefully things get turned around.

Eaten here 3 times now and it has been consistenly delicious. To start, they are a scratch kitchen and it shows. The pizza is made with imported dough from Italy and it makes a big difference. Recommend the fresh corn bread made to order or deviled eggs as an app. The steak and burgers are top notch. Service is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Becoming a favorite place. Need to work our way through more menu items.

Our first time there and the food was amazing, and the drinks were as well. We loved the decor. Our only complaints were that it was very cold in there, and the music did not go along with the woodsy cozy atmosphere – it was loud high energy club music, which completely deterred from what we expected the vibe to be.

Terrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food in an empty restaurant. When it finally arrived, everything was cold. The fries were refried and turned hard and woody, my son’s fried chicken was all breading with no meat, and the rest of the food was bland and overcooked. The server apologized but there was no manager on duty and nothing was done to make it right. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

My whole family was very disappointed! Both my sons had a burger. Both were not cooked to order. Both were served with cold french fries…I mean ice cold. My wife ordered a fig pizza the crust was super dry. It has a cardboard texture. I ordered the baby arugula salad. It arrived with wilted arugula that was soaked in dressing. Our bill was $165 with two drinks and our meals. The waitress never came over and asked how everything was after the food was served. I literally had to walk up to the bar and give them my debit and ask them to run my check after 15 minutes of waiting for the waitress. There were two customers complaining when we walked in saying how bad their food was and they were just paying for the atmosphere. We should have left then! Long story short we will never be back!
