Such a cozy feeling as soon as you enter! We were seated right away and our server was right there getting our drink order. Pretty overwhelmingly large menu with just about something for everyone. Nobody finished their food, the portions were massive and obviously we needed room for dessert because that’s the real star of the show here. Just wow! 10/10 on the pie and maybe 5/10 on the food. I was lucky enough to get a slice of the lemon cheesecake pie and it was easily the best pie I’ve ever had in my life. Major props to our server he was running all over that floor and still maintained high levels of communication and service. Thank you!

Ordered country fried steak better than Cracker Barrel for sure next time I will probably get it without gravy. A bit salty to me. Also got baby back ribs taste very homemade style. Best part was the pie. So good. Will come back again for the pie. Not too sweet. The pie crust was not sweet at all. Perfect balance with the sweet pie.

We stopped by here on a cross country road trip from San Diego to Albuquerque And ended up coming back for a second meal the next day. The first evening we had salads, which were really good— But when we came back for breakfast, we Had the best waffles that we had ever tasted. The eggs were cooked perfectly As well as the bacon, etc. We will be coming back to Williams on our journeys, and you can bet we will be stopping back at Pine country restaurant!

It was so good, we had to go twice while we were in town! Tasty breakfast, tasty dinner, quick and seamless service from beginning to end. Also amazing pie, we ate ours too fast to take a picture!
Lastly, it is a great spot to stop in for coffee or and trinkets for your trip to town.

I got the chicken parm and sadly my noodles were mush. I get people love when food comes out fast but 4-5 minutes fast? For a table of 4? Kind of alarming wondering how long ago the food was cooked and heating or reheating process. The main reason we went there was the pie. And I will say it was exceptional. Seriously so good. That’s why I have 4 star overall and 3 on food. If it weren’t for the pie it’d probably be 3 and 2.

Pine Country Restaurant is more than a place to escape the cold—it’s basically a warm hug with gravy. The second you walk in, your core temperature and happiness both jump about 20 degrees. The food comforts your stomach, the atmosphere comforts your soul, and the gift shop in the back gives off strong “Williams Cracker Barrel but with extra charm” vibes.
Even on a busy night, our waitress Becky somehow had time to be amazing. She walked us through the menu favorites like a seasoned tour guide of comfort-food excellence. While the food was great, let’s be honest—the pies stole the show and possibly our hearts.
Becky didn’t just tell us about the pies—she escorted our kids to the pie display like it was a museum of edible art, explaining the favorites with the seriousness this decision deserved. We settled on the Hawaiian and the lemon raspberry.
The Hawaiian delivered a full tropical vacation—coconut shavings, sweet goodness. The lemon raspberry was bright, zingy, and bold, hitting those taste buds in the back of your mouth like it knew exactly where it was going. A standing ovation may or may not have happened.
We even ordered the pies in to-go containers, but they were so good they never actually made it out of the restaurant. We fully intend to come back and try more… the only sad news is that it may take a while with such a massive selection. Pine Country, we’ll be back—hungry, cold, and ready for more pie.

My husband ordered the steak rare with mash and Spanish rice and I ordered the roast beef with mash and corn. The roast beef was super yum. The mash was plain and decent. My husband’s 12oz steak was very fatty. Maybe a 3-4 good bites without fat. The Spanish rice was super wet but like textured (overcooked). Our waiter was super polite. Everything was speedy. It’s not too crowded. When we first entered we were in line waiting, the hostess/waitress was super rude to the person in front of us. When we went to pay we didn’t have an our tab, our waiter said we’re all good to go up there. The waitress/hostess that was rude at first, was also just rude and passive. Im just saying the first and last impression was bad due to the waitress/hostess. (she was wearing black vans). Everyone else was polite.

I stopped here for dinner after hiking all day in the Grand Canyon. It was a busy night with a long wait, but since I was traveling alone they could seat me very quickly at the bar. Everyone was the staff was so polite and attentive.
I ordered the chicken fried steak with brown gravy for dinner and I decided to try the cookies and cream chocolate pie. Everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Williams.
